I should give a little more detail of how I made a very absorbable powder form of NBOME. I only did this with a small amount because I was seeing if it would work. I had obtained a small test amount of only 100 mg before I got a whole gram of it after I found it was good quality.
I took the 100 mg and I put it in a small glass bowl with 900 mg of inositol, which I bought in pure form in capsules at a health store. I later did the same thing with 100 mg of 25I NBOME and 900 of MSM powder, also bought in capsules. Both seemed to work as good but the MSM version did seem to hit a little harder.
So what happened was that I added 99% isopropanol to the combined powders in the bowl, enough to cover it and make a slurry. This presumably dissolved all of the NBOME but didn't seem to dissolve much of the inositol or MSM powder. I did add, if I recall, a couple drops of water to dissolve the inositol somewhat but I wanted it to dry out quickly so I added very little water. You could probably use normal 70% isopropanol (rubbing alcohol) and then not add any water at all. So I mixed that up well and let it dry out then scraped it off the bowl with a razor blade and thoroughly crushed and mixed it with the bottom of a glass vial, which seemed a convenient thing to use.
Now the thing here is that I don't know if it would work the same if you added enough water to dissolve all of the inositol/MSM or if it was actually beneficial to have the carrier powder only somewhat dissolved. It may be that the NBOME is getting spread out and precipitated onto the undissolved carrier powder's surface. If the carrier powder was also completely dissolved it's possible that both substances would simply precipitate as separate tiny crystals and the NBOME molecules might not be as well dispersed as when the carrier powder is mostly undissolved. I never tried adding that much water. I'm guessing it would probably work out about the same but I can't vouch for it.
In retrospect, I can see that it would have been better if I had added 49 parts carrier powder to 1 part NBOME because it would have been even more dispersed and also easier to weigh out. I ended up adding extra inositol later to further dilute it to that concentration. That worked fine. A 2% mixture seems to be a practical concentration, 25 mg of mixture then contains 500 mcg of NBOME. Even the original 10% NBOME mixture was apparently dispersed enough to afford pretty much complete absorption but I'm sure that adding 19-49 parts carrier powder at the beginning when the alcohol is added would produce even better absorption. The NBOME would then be very widely dispersed on the surface of the carrier powder.
BTW, I tried insufflating a little of both the pure inositol and the pure MSM to see if they would cause nasal irritation themselves and there was no noticeable irritation with either though the 10% NBOME mixture did cause some slight burning, so that would be another reason to use more carrier powder than 9 parts. I tried the 2% version (with the extra inositol added later) sublingually and it worked well but I haven't tried insufflating it, but I'm sure it would work fine. I made sure the extra inositol was well mixed with the original 10% NBOME by putting the mixture in a vial and shaking it for a few minutes.
So the point is that you don't even need to complex NBOME or put it on blotters, nor make it into a liquid mixture. You can easily make it into a completely absorbable powder which is convenient to store, handle and weigh out, in addition to being convenient to insufflate or stick under your tongue.
EDIT; Actually come to think of it, it was only the 25I that I used the MSM with and I had a pretty bad reaction when I insufflated it, felt sick and had bad tremors. It was a high dose though, about 1 mg in two 500 mcg doses cuz the first dose was taking too long to kick in so I took another. I never used the 25I again after that si I don't know if it was the high dose or the MSM that did it. The 25C was inositol only. I would advise sticking to inositol. MSM is like DMSO, it takes things straight through your cells.
