a nice 15min come up to settle in and get comfortable. It starts with a body feeling, that wonderful CLEAN PURE tryptamine physical euphoria, your eyes star to dilate and and you find a grin reaching ear to ear forming. You then start to notice the surrounding becoming more and more vibrant, rainbow colors seem to outline everything. You head begins to drift into a mode of un-thought, just relax and experience as kaleidescope visions of geometric patterns emerge out of the landscape. You begin to think to your self, is this true? am I truly experiencing something so divine? the experience is now somewhere around 15min and you KNOW that it is real, that everything is connected by the energy which created it and that energy is what those who have experience this state attribute towards LOVE. Its the power which connects you to your parents, to your friends, to nature, to nurture, then you realize it goes even deeper then connections on a physical plane, it goes deep into the ocean of thought, where the waters are still in the abyss all the way up to your hectic life which is the turbulent surface. now it is about 25min alter and you are starting to drift back down, but the feeling is still there, the intuition gained from the accumulation of everything you just realized, at first you might think, was that the dissolution of the ego? NO, couldn't be. It was true ego realized. You now know that in time of adversity, time of trouble, when you find obstacles in your life that everything is OK, it there for you to enjoy the entire ride of this turbulent sea, the abyss is still there, calm and un-changing. Now set your sails, its time to return.....<3

thank you for writing those thoughts man. that picture with the boat on the water is SO tryptamine. if ya know what I mean (you do obviously <3).

I loved DXM when I was a kid, and I played with it a few times a month for over the course of about a year. I never lost the magic, thankfully.

Now, I've recently started experimenting with racemix ketamine. Doses ranging 100 to 200mg insufflated. Haven't been able to successfully K-hole yet... I usually spend the peak playing with some alien object (Which later turns out to be a towel or my shirt or something). I just can't lay still, close my eyes and let go.... if you know what I mean? I need to keep moving around. Is this normal? I expected to want to lay completely still on high doses, but instead I find myself moving around too much.

During heavy DXM doses when I was younger, I would love to lay still and enjoy what I like to think of as the DXM-hole. In the DXM Hole I would eventually completely leave my body and soar the cosmos or watch the passage of time, or just spend all of eternity as a fly on the wall of the universe.... so maybe my opinion of what a k-hole should be is incorrect?

Also, after I come down from my ketamine dose, I find it IMPOSSIBLE to piss for like at least an hour or two. My blatter is full, but I just cannot relax the muscles enough inside to let it out. Eventually it does come out, but it comes out in short bursts. Has anyone experienced this before?

Oh... and I'm about to start experimenting with the s isomer. Can't wait to see what lies in store there for me. =D

I'm going to score a half gram soon for my first time ever on the kettle.
I'm really excited! What is fun to do while on it? Or will I just want to talk to someone in the same mindset and not do stuff?

Do you guys prefer racemic or S+ ketamine?

Depends what your wanted out of the ketamine. Drunken loose feeling, kinda trippy fun, or a full trip.

Depends as stated above...Anything from listening to music, talking to people, to simply sitting doing absolutely nothing for an hour are great activities on K. Video games are fun too. I've gone to school on low doses of K and I can actually socialize really well on it. I dunno man, you'll see when you do it that K is not like any other drug, really. It's so diverse in what you can do on it, it's so forgiving of abuse (at first at least), I mean, you'll figure it out, you can binge this stuff like coke which I regrettably did or just take it once a week for a real trip, you'll see once you come up, lol. It's just a lot of fun,, in the end, so whatever you do, will be fun.

I'm prescribed orphenadrine (Norflex) for phantom limb pain. It does change the character of the K trip greatly, and not for the better. I'd say, ketamine must be a prodrug and its psychedelic metabolite (nor-ketamine) is not created when orphenadrine is inhibiting liver enzymes. My subjective experience was, no k-hole, increased body load / physical manifestations (coordination, speech, tinnitus); also, these symptoms lasted much longer. Unfortunately orphenadrine took the magic out of the experience.

Also, I've heard that anti-cholinergics (as orphenadrine is) can be neurotoxic when combined with NMDA antagonists. I've also heard the opposite, that they have neuroprotective effects against the negatives of NMDA antagonist abuse.

Racemic... although I do appreciate that S-Ket only takes 250mg oral to hole while racemic takes 550+ mg... the racemic is a more narcotic feeling though. Seems easier on the body overall, or maybe it just numbs you so it feels that way.

I imagine something like 25% R- and 75% S+ Ketamine would probably be ideal.

I've been told that sugar kills the ketamine high? Is that true?

A friend told me that one time someone was freaking out on k and they gave her a pixie stick and she came to. I don't know what's up with that, but I figured I'd ask.

Has anyone else heard of this?

I wonder the same thing. But apparently there is a decent amount of anecdotal evidence. If it is a real phenomenon, chock it up to the subjective nature of the experience? Some unknown pharmacokinetic mechanism? Some known pharmacokinetic mechanism that I'm unaware of? Or do we even know?

Are you saying that because someone says sugar makes it end, it will end?

Placebo? Your big words confuzzle my k-tarded mind right now :)

Norketamine isn't the psychedelic compound, it is the numbing/sedating compound. Ketamine itself is the psychedelic one, though they both produce both sedating and psychedelic effects (AFAIK). Anti-chlorinergics are protective (AFAIK, again, from what I have personally read).

Last night i snorted 190mg and......just wow. It was the first time i had total sensory shutdown (k-holed) and it was one of the most amazing experiences ive had off any substance.

Only my 5th time taking K but its quickly becoming one of my favorites:D

Does anyone else have trouble trying to comprehend a strong ketamine experience a few days later?
