He is probably concerned that the amphetamine will mask the overdosing on a benzo/opiate combination.
 
So my friend came by earlier and gave me a 5mg pure hydrocodone capsule. Pretty sweet.

(Just dumped it out and sniffed it :p :D) Never had pure hydro- before. Only with APAP.

Just got back from my Buddhism course I forgot I was supposed to be attending.. almost didn't go (was pretty stoned) but it was awesome! Feeling super-chilled right now, have a lot of homework to do though, damn.. worth it though. Randomly met a guy I did a meditation course with 2 years ago as well, who lost his partner recently too, good to meet someone else who's been through it and understands so we're going for a drink next week :)

All in all, has been a good day! Exhausted now...

Edit: damn, it's nice being able to feel 5mg of hydrocodone! Been a long fckin time since I've had such a low tolerance, but it's nice. Low tolerance also means that my tramadol has been working-ish. Today was shitty feeling until later in the day, but it's also the first day (other than that 5mg) that I've done something productive w/o an opiate in my system. :) I'm happy! (and a little jammed now :p)

There's still grey block colours around them. Perhaps you could stop your graphical artist job and become a fisherman.

Anyway, I'm feeling better thanks to a hefty amount of methadone, which is a fantastic antidepressant.

That won't last so, again, be prepared to feel my wrath and misery!

I was not offended but it seemed off putting. I know you are going thru shit but I just hate seeing people take out their miseries on others who don't deserve it. Thats all.

Am glad your feeling a bit better, even if it is temporary for now. You will get thru this. Everybody has ups and downs and sometimes you go so far down you drop into the pitts of hell, but you will come back, this I knows. Its all in your noggin.

Y'all are funny. I think I have pneumonia. The funny thing is, apparently dilaudid is a cough suppressant. I have been forced into taking it orally, and it seems to at least be helping my cough. Body hurts like hell though. Going to doc tomorrow. Consensus- is hycodan the best cough syrup?
