Yeah, we live together, she will be around.

I have already warned her I might not be able to share, but wondering if it might be a bit hollow on my own and I do feel a bit bad. Not sure I feel bad enough to share though!!

She could probably be sated by the couple of pills we have knocking about!
 
I have a confirmation email saying i'll be getting a sample too. I asked yesterday morning so for people who think its too late, you may still have a chance.
 
just been informed where we all once thought we was gonna be paying 15 - 20 pounds per gram,now sadly thats not the case, the oldest human emotion pure fucking greed has kicked in, now we are gonna pay 15 pounds for a 100 mg tablet or bag of powder, vendors will have us believe its for our safekeeping HAHAHA, we not all green behind the ears teenagers with full wages to throw away, this cynical marketing ploy has been going on since this shit was first mentioned and all vendors have got there heads together to keep prices high just like the high street haha, remember guys vendors will be paying a couple of pound a gram in the weight they are getting and will be offloading to us poor plebs while making 150 pound per gram!!!!!, tell them to fuck off the shiesters , don't buy it and within a week or two supply and demand will ensure a fair price

You would hope not, mate! Let's see how it plays out. I for one will not be paying £15 for 100mg.
 
I was quite exited by this stuff until I heard about the "pellet" thing. I think ill just give it a miss until someone decides to sell it by the gram...

Some people will pay it (some people bought DMC and nrgx). I've been told £9-10 a pellet but that there will be discounts on larger purchases (it's still shit though - how much will you have to buy to get a decent price?).

This and the arguments about high price limiting use only reduce use (or increase crime) for poorer people (same as minimum alcohol prices). Even at 10 a pellet, if you're higher than average earnings (not many are) this is a tiny proportion of your income - but it's a fifth of your jobseeker's allowance.
 
15 pounds a pill? Fuck me that's outrageous.
Surely one vendor will just come in and sell powder at a decent price after a while, undercutting the other's plan.

^As for it only being a "tiny" amount of their earnings, I think you find rich(er) people in general tend to be (more) frugal with their money, and 10/15 quid a pill is a LOT for anyone. This will affect sales massively, and its not really going to affect profit, cuz its just going to limit the amount people buy.
For example in my case, I'm not particularly rich but I do have a bit of disposable income at the moment, at 15 pounds a pill I plan to buy one or two, maximum, and not buy any more for quite a while.
If it was say £5/pill, I'd easily by 5 or 6, with the intention of buying more relatively quickly.

Maybe they don't want people to be selling it to their friends, I mean thats really how meph exploded. Every one of us who tried it first and enjoyed it then went and introduced it to a few friends or so, who in turn introduced it to a few more each and within days it has exploded.
That makes sense, but its really, really annoying how it limits the social use of a social chemical. Ideally I'd buy 5 or 6 pills, get 5 or 6 friends together and get twatted. As it is, it looks like I'll be lucky to do it with one other person (as I'm not giving away a £15 pill for free, and most of my friends will be like "fuck paying that" , and I certainly am not going to be spreading the joy for free.

If its gonna be pills then looks like I will still have my healthy diet of aMT, 2c-i/b, 4-aco-dmt and various other RCs until someone starts selling it by the gram.

I totally agree - when I say a tiny proportion, I'm really thinking of above average earnings (average earnings are high because of how rich the actual 'super-rich' are), and I'm just being facile... But it's still way too much money however much you're income is (taking these substances is part of our human rights - they should be free!) - But rich people being more frugal could only be true in terms of a proportion of their income, not in real terms...

I've also got a bit of money now (compared to my younger dole years at least), but my use would definitely be limited by higher price (probably by obstinately not buying it until it gets cheaper - there are other things out there).

It would definitley reduce actual units sold, but the profit hike still makes it worthwhile for the vendors.

Anyway, after reading shambles above - I agree, I'd rather talk about how nice and satisfying the stuff was and let the vendors fight their price wars.

I was definitely surprised by what I thought would be a low dose (~33mgs) and I'd had mud just a few hours before (see above) - you'll deffinitely get a good taste of the substance - doing it with someone would probably make it better as well (I found it quite entactogenic)

Why does anyone think vendors can force the price of this. They don't make the stuff, anyone else can just get it and sell it cheaper.

True, but apparently the initial price will be high because only the one lab is doing it and the others (chinese) will be a while catching up. Rarity pushing the price up as shambles said.

I'd say just be patient and withdraw custom until it settles (but I've had my sample...) - this may help the media heat too (probably not though). There are other things around too...

But I agree with shambles about ditching the price talk - it's probably reading this when the pound signs go in the eyes of the vendors/labs/tories/lizards

Yeah, I read your post with interest, which is why I'm happy doing a 50mg dose. I also take your point on doing it with someone else as I'd like to explore the entactogenic side, as that is what has been missing from any legal/illegal stuff I've had for the last couple of years, and rather than necking the lot and feeling sorry for my mate for not being in a similar state, I'd rather split it and share the fun.

I can't wait to see wha the The Orb live will be like on this rc. :D
