Just been told by a vendor that they will be stocking it in sugar spheres?

(seems pretty clueless about it though, so could be complete rubbish)

So, I presume that if sold in say, blister packs saying in bold type "not for human consumption" the analog act would not apply unless the prosecution could convince the jury that this is a ruse.

6-APx...sugar spheres? i fail to see the point, i understand tablets, but whats the necessity with the dose's being sugar coated and nice to eat?

to appeal to kids or something?
 
The sugar-coated thing is plain weird. Just when you thought the stupidity surrounding this drug couldn't get any stupider...

Bonbon: Until somebody is prosecuted it's still a grey area but unless you have a very good reason to be in possession of it other than ingesting it I doubt a jury would take much convincing that a person caught with a quantity of a notoriously addictive and famously recreational drug that was produced purely for the recreational drug market and has no other known use was using it recreationally. Probably best not to be the test case anyway ;)
 
It is just bizarre if true... I'd like to see them convince a court it's not for human consumption. Plants with a sweet tooth?
 
From what I've heard it's "Mephedrone with visuals" so I'm quite excited to try it. I am displeased with the way that vendors are already advertising it before its even hit our shores in bulk. If it's as good as is being made out then it will only be a matter of months before it's banned so, if it lives up to the hype, enjoy it whilst you can. I eagerly await its release!
 
well i'll be acquiring my sample this thursday with any luck.

so i'll add another trip report soon enough

It's quite well known that a lot of vendors had been selling this, even though they didn't have it - so it could be that most people who say they've had this actually haven't. I am rather excited to give this a go if and when it arrives though! <3

I didnt think any vendors currently sell this or even claim to be selling it?
Many are "awaiting stock" and are letting you preorder

The claim was probably just invented to get the attention of the big meph addict crowd.
It kinda sounds like the suppliers and vendors are trying to market this, a very promising MDxx-related compound, as "the new meph" (which is a shit compound), what with the shitty attempt at giving it a flashy nickname, and the gimmicks of selling it in pill form, and a supposedly sugar coated form.

Well if I was a vendor, I'd be concerned about my future interests and keep it low-profile. The meph explosion made the RC business a loads of money in the short term, but now the vendors are probably in the crosshairs of Nixon's war on drugs. Another product explosion is sure to sink their boat. But then I figure the vendors are thinking their days are already numbered as it is due to meph's popularity and they're just trying to slang as much shit as they possibly can before they're inevitably soon taken down.
Wait... damn, this thread's turned into Vendor Discussion again.
 
Vendors as a breed are okay to discuss (within reason) - just talk of specific vendors that is a complete no-no. It's not like there's anything else to talk about in this thread (or the other 5-IAI trainwreck) so bitching about vendors is fair game for now in my book :D

And yeah, I agree that they know their days are probably numbered - and most are just chancers anyway - so are just trying to make as much money as possible selling any old shit that a Chinese will flog 'em :\
