The 6-APB (that may be 6-APDB but probably isn't) Train Wreck of a Thread

Damn, sounds like it was when MDMA first came out and was legal for a minute. Except now a hick out here in the cornfields can ordered it on the net.=D Enjoy it while you can, can't believe this will be legal long.

you are wrong.

As I understand it, 6-apdb is illegal, the information i referred to explains why. Can you explain in reference to legal documentation and, with scientific knowledge, why you think 6-apdb is not illegal ?

That's a pretty bold assumption.

I think an alkoxy is simply an alkyl-oxy. Wikipedia seems to agree with me

In chemistry, the alkoxyl group is an alkyl (carbon and hydrogen chain) group linked to oxygen thus: R-O. The range of alkoxy groups is great, the simplest being methoxy (-OCH3).
And dihydrofuran is just a fancy name for ethoxy, which is an alkoxy which is specifically mentioned in the amendment.

What will you do, if you import it, and the prosecution gets an expert opinion based on what I have written here that supports the fact that its scheduled ??? 3 years? 5 maybe??? Who is going to risk it?

On the other hand, perhaps what you claim may be enough to raise reasonable doubt... that would get you home. Still, only after a trial.

I would love it to be legal in the UK - but to me, the wording seems unequivocal :
Quote:
by substitution in the ring to any extent with alkyl, alkoxy, alkylenedioxy or halide substitutents, whether or not further substituted in the ring by one or more other univalent substituents;"
Let's zoom in on this

Valence is addressed later - the alkoxy can be substituted in the ring to any extent to be caught by this legislation.

what this means is, 6-apdb is a dihydrofuran and therefor is illegal. 6-apb is not caught by this wording and is therefor legal

where is the alkoxy alkylenedioxy alkyl or halide substitutuent? There is none, therefore the substance is legal. the law is veryvery clear for something to be controlled it has to contain one of those groups, it can contain other groups as well but as soon as it contains one of those groups it is illegal if it doesn't contain one of those groups the substance is legal. A furan or dihydrofuran is not an alkoxy.

Inorbit you clearly don't understand what the hell you are talking about .Stop spreading misinformation, in fact the post you quoted contradicts your position but you actually didn't recognise that.

I don't know the chemistry but after speaking to someone they say that 6-APDB is not illegal in the UK.

Kinda depends on who that "someone" is as to how reliable that info would be though, no? If it is an lawyer specialising in drug law I would be more inclined to put some weight on his opinion than if it was that bloke with a limp and a squinty eye down the pub, perhaps ;)

I have no clue about the legality of 6-APDB so have nothing of use to add but some vendors here in the UK seem to believe it is legal and there are rumblings that it may become available in the not too distant. Others are convinced it's illegal. They are vendors not legal experts but I would imagine that those on both sides have looked into legality cos they presumably want to sell the stuff - possibly to compete with 6-APB which everyone seems to agree is legal. There does appear to be some considerable confusion about the legal status of 6-APDB but I certainly won't pretend to have any idea whatsoever of what the true situation is myself.

The thing that has confused me, is that reading some people's experience what were they actually taking? 6-APB or 6-APDB?

I have 520mg of 6-apb, it's the same looking stuff I had friday night.

Thing is 115mg underwhelmed me then so I was thinking a larger dose might bring out the wonderfulness that some peope have reported.

Enjoy my friend, I had a great time on it Fri, up to 200mg I may add, though added to at various points, will try an post report for u later so to know what to expect

ok, i look forward to reading it. Thinking of 150 for a staring dose.

The 100mg experience i enjoyed was nice and smooth with a little funky beat to it.. but i do think too that intriguingly increasing the dose to 150-200mg would make it a little more slanted and enchanted.. I'll be giving it a go some time soon..
p.s The comedown was such a nice gradual smooth landing .. that i didnt even realise i had landed! Felt a bit lazy tho next day but then again it was sunday and i was smoking weed all day....

This looks very promising...

For those who have tried it, after how long is sleep possible without the use of benzos? What is the stimulation like after the effects have worn off compared to known substances i.e amphetamine, mdma, methylone?

Brian, how was your post relevant to the effects or dosage of this drug?

you're on a power trip mate, seriously...

my post wasn't off-topic it was posting news about the release date, no specific vendor mentioned, that news is not on their website so it cannot be googled and is not classed as vendor discussion.

The release date is by the 4th July.

I would post the full news again but this joker will snip it, even though theres no way of linking it to any specific vendor.

There was no need to remove it and is on a power trip.
