Recovery The 2023 Recovery Thread

I was so dehydrated so many times this Summer. The heat seemed like the worst most dreadful it has ever been ever and I think it almost was. It made being messed up
and on nuerotton so much worse. A couple times I wasn't sure if I was going to make it.

Now I just feel like I probably don't have much time left. I don't expect to go on much more than three more years. I'm alright with that though. Very alright. I would be and can be very very happy with that too. I am treating my dog extra extra really good as much as possible. In case I have to leave her. God I hope she will be alright. I try to teach her every day.

I promised myself to have as much fun as possible when I was young and able and could and did. Like a premonition or something. But only four years ago if I could have even imagined what it would be like right now. I wouldn't even possibly have believed it. I thought I was just going to be riding a mountain bike until I was in my 90's or so because that is what I was really good at. But no way . . no how , not even. Not going to happen.

Be happy and enjoy it. It doesn't last forever. 🌻

I will just keep trying for good health . . . because without good health, requires having a whole lot of strength. For sure.

Never say never! Only God knows when our expiration date is. Im 62 but do you mind asking what your age is? I still feel like a teenager at heart but yes, theres some aches and pain I've aquired along the way 😵 Take care of yourself. Stay well hydrated during this wicked Summer and take vitamins! Peace

Thats my usual morning fix. 6 caps of Maeng Da and coffee. They go together well. 😀
right? 3 grams is a great morning dose(if they’re .5g per cap) - i usually take around 10g when i wake up for a booster dose. that with a coffee and a smoke about 15m after taking it & my morning bubble bath, serenity
 
just got back from a 5 mile walk through nature. hot / humid as fucking shit outside. dunno what i’m gunna do for lunch. i’ve got leftover spinach/garlic/jalapeño/onion rice in the fridge i might dig into but honestly a fried egg sounds piff rn.

Edit: Thank you for reminding me to take my liquid vitamins. I would like to take them 2x a day but I have to remember to even take them at all. I have a big half a gallon bottle and I am really making a dent in it I feel.. So I seem to be doing alright. Oh and they are really helping so much. I really do notice a big giant difference. So am sure if a little taste of neurotton can have a huge affect on me the vitamins can help tremendously too. Some foods I am sure don't contain all of the essential vitamins and nutrients that can be the amazing things that they are too.

You sound like you are doing fantastically well. And thank you for THAT inspiration. That was so kind. And lol now I think you are wonderful. ❤️‍🔥

Actually there are tremendous health benefits of eating eggs. They should be advocated instead of saying they have cholesterol.
Cholesterol is a very important part of brain functioning contrary to the popular belief.

Eggs are loaded with proteins, omega 3 fatty acids and a host of essential micronutrients. Improving eye health, supports weight loss, boosts
cognitive abilities, promotes heart health, supports growth and development and helps promote optimal hormone balance.

I do like eggs. Much more than red meat all of the time and excessive sugar that is good for an immediate boost but can be too excessive much of the time . . . . and not so good.

In reality eating gluten and too many carbohydrates can be more problematic. Eggs are fantastic along with a balance of a lot of other healthy choices. And jalapenos are fire !! 🌶️🔥

Awww....your welcome! And I love the rose 🌹....yea vitamins are awesome and they really do help. Gabapentin is a strange one though. I take them for back pain. Sometimes they work, other times they don't do so much but I take breaks from them because tolerance creeps up real fast. Thank you again!
 
just got done with my meeting. got my interface yesterday and hooked my microphone up, have been doing stuff on my album which is really fun and since i’m not blowing money on dope i’m finally getting my studio together

also just got back from a 4 mile walk, just getting out of a bubble bath. might nap & eat some lunch. it feels so nice to… be able to nap.
 
woke up today; been a good day. got some groceries, took my morning meds, then a meeting with some pals. about to go on my walk although i’m dreading it. been talking to a cutie on bumble, which is nice. about to eat some healthy lunch, probably a salad. it’s gorgeous out today just is very hot. wrote some inspiring ambient music as well.

good day so far :)
 
I've had a good day as well. Been waking up at 530 to get out early and get as much work done as possible before the heat becomes unbearable. I have been microdosing between 15-30mics of acid every work day. Still smoking my pot a bit too frequently. Can't wait to get a fat wad of cash tomorrow because I desperately need to re-up and I'd like to get some kava. I'll finally be able to go out and do stuff. Money may not be everything but it can sure does provide a certain amount of freedom if used properly.
