I want to loose weight and want to make by body in shape. I want my stomach should be flat and reduce fat from back side. By doing this my body will be in perfect shape.

My yearly fitness goal since I was about 18: gain weight to 160lbs. At almost 6 feet, I fluctuate between 140 and 150lbs, which is pretty damn scrawny, and no amount of weight lifting seems to break 150... I suppose this is better than the opposite problem though!
Oh you've never seen me eat. Everyone in the office now makes fun of me for eating so much!Weight lifting isn't gonna do much if you don't eat enough. Eat more, you WILL gain weight.
