i don't think brady choked - i think the credit goes to the baltimore defence who just kept breaking through and applying so much pressure. props, too, to rice - he gets it done.

Here's my predictions from the other thread....

So far im 1 for 4 :\

The best I can do.....cuz alot has changed the last few weeks of the season

Colts/Chargers vs Cowboys/Saints

There's no reason to believe the Colts arent the fav in the AFC.....But they've been living on the edge all year.....The Chargers look VERY strong....Its really a toss up.....Rivers has been lost in the Manning/Brees hoopla.....He's having a killer season!

Cowboys are the hot team right now in the NFC....The Vikes have too many diva issues rite now....My Saints have been riddled by injuries late in the year....esp in the secondary....But I believe this week off will do wonders for them....They'll at least make the NFC champ

I see the NFC playoffs looking like this:

Wildcard
Cowboys over Eagles
Packers over Cards

Divisional
Cowboys over Vikes
Saints over Packers

NFC Champ
Saints over Cowboys

AFC playoffs

Wildcard
Bengals over Jets
Pats over Ravens

Divisonal
Colts over Pats
Chargers over Bengals

AFC Champ
Chargers over Colts

So my final prediction for the Superbowl
Chargers over Saints

Damm Saints let me down :(

that was a difficult Wildcard Weekend to call, my friend. I think I got half of my picks right. the Arizona VS Green Bay game was one of the most fun playoff games to watch - ever! it reminded me of the highly entertaining Super Bowl of last year.

the Cardinals looked very tough. I will officially be rooting for them in NFC and the Ravens in the AFC because I think that would prove to be the best outcome for an exciting Super Bowl.

Indeed the most entertaining wild card game I can remember watching.

I didn't think Warner would have such a good game or that GB would give up so many points to the cards without Boldin playing. That reciever that took his place really stepped it up and made the difference for the cards.

How bout them Jets

I personally like to see emotion form players when they win or loose. Too often players in the NFL get called out for just being in it for the money. Seeing players really put their heart and emotions into a game shows you that they really do enjoy playing and winning at this high a level of competition.

Props to Chad from me.

^I have the same picks. I would like to see the Jets win over the Chargers, but they will have to really bring it to do so because I think San Diego is the strongest team in the league right now.
 
Those who have been posting consistently FOR YEARS that Peyton Manning is the greatest player IN THE HISTORY OF FOOTBALL, say "I!"

What he just did to close out the first half was pure greatness.

as a die hard dallas fan, this one really hurts. we finally get some hope after we get the playoff victory monkey off our back, and then we get absolutely demolished as soon as we begin to believe this could be the year. it's going to be a long off season...
