well, that time's come around again. at the moment we're just taking nominations (the categories are below), but soon the voting will begin. we'll leave a couple of weeks for you all to get your nominations in - you can nominate as many people as you want for as many categories as you want (please make your nominations clear, and make sure you do, because once the voting starts you only get one vote (per category) each. if you have suggestions for new categories feel free to suggest it here as soon as possible, but they'll only be added if there's a) interest in them and b) it's not a shit idea. no correspondence on that particular issue will be entered into

you can either nominate here in this thread, or if you're feeling shy, email or pm them through. once the nominations are closed, voting threads will be created - three or four at a time, as suggested by moe last year.
