Harm Reduction That's it im cutting this thing out need advise.

telling someone to man up with such a dangerous activity isn't in the spirit of harm production whatsoever, it's stupidity to say something like that. not what this site is about at all. use some common sense.

i'm sure if you had a bullet lodged deep into your abdomen it wouldn't be a matter of manning the fuck up and ripping it out, now would it. i'm sure you'd want someone wualified in their job to be doing it for you?
 
Look around. Guys are cutting their dicks in half at home and not dying. It's dudes choice to cut it out. He's made that clear. Now help with pertinent info or watch quietly from the sidelines.
 
^ in your moments as an addict you never felt that desperate? the OP isn't being an idiot at all and i empathize with the fucker. ^^^@bang he's right that if someone is going to do something anyway, we need to minimize the risks, even if the risks are a minor probability that he'll die or fuck up his body or life
 
So were you using before they put in the implant? I thought it had no effects unless you already have a tolerance

devil's advocate; guys cutting their dicks off is not the same as this. those guys need one clean slice, and then ouch. this guy needs several carefully executed manuevers to get to the pill; his hand, which really needs to be totally calm, will shake fiercely from the pain; his mind, which needs to focus alertly, will be paralyzed by the pain. he could easily break the pellet. and overdosing on an opiate ANTagonist is not something i'd like to think about. he won't be able to do anything about that pain for a long time. no alcohol because of BP, no aspirin cuz of same, and he'll have to wait a few days at least so he can finally get opiate pain relief

He mentioned there was already an incision site, and a single incision would most likely be all that is needed to access the wound. Then he could simply push it out or, ime, grip it with tweezers and yank it out.
Now, if the implant is fragile/prone to shattering.. then maybe not so good of an idea. But then it wouldnt be in your body in the first place.

Yeah.. i'd definately get some professional medical assistance with that one. Im just saying theres 2 extremes.. on one end a splinter on your non-dominant hand and on the the other a bullet or some other unwanted foreign object lodged deep in precariously in the body. Now, a splinter would get a rating of 1 from me. A bullet 10. A naxalone inplant from what he described? A 3, maybe four max (on my scale, maybe for you there is no middle ground). After a 4 i'd get medical assistance, if i was uncertain that i could undergo the task at question without proper analgesia/sedation/assistance. We cant all afford to bother the doctors with petty issues, especially if it runs the risk of losing ones career. Let them dislodge the bullets, let your mommy pull out the splinters because you cant stand to see the blood.

Did you stupidly try to cut the implant out?

I mean...we're all on the edges of our seats here...

I wouldnt "yank" it, but the OP said he could move it around easily beneath his skin, so it should only be a matter of pushing it out. The bigger problem I see here is leaving a piece behind somehow or not using sterile procedure before and after. Also afterwards if you plan to get high, definitely start low as your tolerance would be greatly reduced, you could OD extremely easily if aren't careful.
 
Maybe if you went to an ER and told them the implant was causing you a lot of pain they would remove it. Or see another doctor to do it. I wouldnt cut it out myself because though it wont be life threatning, you may not be able to get the wound to stop bleeding, or you never know what could go wrong.
 
Well after reading this i was hoping he would have posted back.
I dont think it should matter how dangerous something is though, hr can always be applied wether or not hr changes the end result doesnt matter to me. Its up to the individual in the end.
 
So he's either dead from bleeding, OD, or he's lost his job home and everything.

Damn..


& If he's actually gonna go through with it, and then dies, what happens to the people helping him on here?
 
He sounded pretty damn determined to get that sucker out of there ..... i bet he tried to cut it out and something went wrong
 
Yea, he averaged over 1 post per day, so should have reported back by now theoretically
