Teen accused of raiding tomb to steal head from corpse for bong (Updated 6/29/06)

Damn that dude must be messed up in the head to actually decapitate a corpse. So that he could make a bong out of it.

It would make a sick ass bong tho,
 
i am so not goth, but i find it kinda cool, assuming i was the type that would enjoy having a human head bong. i don't even smoke weed.

this was just an extreme prank, and i do believe jail time is not required, would have preferred the kid have some sort of community service

but then again, i don't place any type of value on remains....i mean, i do, in the sense that it would make me sad if someone was desecrating one of my loved ones, but i would not want the person to go to jail, i would just want to talk to them to make them understand that it hurt me.
then, if he was still a snot, then i would kick em in the balls, bu8t no jail time, that is too extreme, when molesters, and rapists, and misc crimes against others go to shit re justice....jail time is too much

At first I thought that was the grossest idea ever, but after thinking about it, a bong made out of a real human skull would be jive vicious.
