I remember once getting into a huge argument with my mom and sister when I was about 18 and I said that I had never once been attracted initially by a guy's looks--it was always something less definable (not necessarily less superficial) about the way he carried himself, how he talked, what he talked about etc. They thought that I was in denial and kept trying to tell me it was impossible not to initially be attracted to someone's looks. I guess you could argue that I was attracted to an image that the guy portrayed as opposed to other more physical characteristics but I still see a difference. It's funny when you really try to break down what attracts you to a person. And then trying to break down what makes you fall in love with a person and what makes it go away...whew! that really clogs my mental arteries!:\

and on that note, yeah, Bad, what do you like about her?

Haha herbavore, that's a funny story - I wonder if I'm "in denial" too. But no, probably not, because I think I can safely say I'm usually attracted by the looks. :D
 
remember some place in Canada made the spray from like Antlers I want to say, which would make sense actually. He charged like $3k for a bottle , i know a guy who swears he's seen it work multiple times and he is a shrink so he's seen the studies.

hahaha i could never date someone tho if i had some spray on me attracting her lol, no point. I am def down tho for the casual shuffle nights lol.
 
wait, like a spray made from antlers that releases pheromones or whatever and makes you attractive? that's kinda creepy in a way, haha. makes it sound like you're attracted to...antlers.
 
Just like some PED's (igf-1-lr3) a lot of weird shit is in antlers, that's where pheromones are stored. So some people actually harvested it, markets it in a cologne that is legit $3k+ but it worked and was banned by the government.
i wanna know how sex specific pheromones are.

Sounds about as effective and trustworthy as the alleged weight loss pills where they forget to tell you you have to stop eating & start exercizing as well.
 
It's all very simple... Women are attracted to confidence in men. Men are given a confidence boost when they spray pheromones on themselves, thinking that they will work. The pheromones don't actually do shit on their own.

Same reason as why RL gets all the women when he gets drunk. Alcohol -> confidence. P.S. Sobriety is lonely.
 
I've never seen studies or anything, like I said though a respected man in his field i met did make these claims and i know in canada they did ban a specific product containing it.

regardless if it even works in that form - it certainly does naturally, cuz some chicks just make me absolutely lose my shit regardless of how I was feeling lol.

for real on sobriety bein lonely, that's one of my biggest chipping points.
 
OK, well here's a theory: maybe the phermones are produced when we feel confident and then that production actually produces more confidence. I know that as a kid and then as a teenager I was really shy and had no confidence around any other people, let alone guys. My mom used to tell me to fake it--just walk in a room like I owned the place. I thought she was crazy but I tried it and lo and behold, it worked. Basically I got to be such a good actress playing the part of a confident girl that I became one. It was definitely my first experience learning that A) perception is everything and B) we are in control of a lot of things in this life that we think are out of our control.

Then again, I did see a strange package arrive from Canada one day. Maybe she sprayed me in my sleep.=D
 
^Very true! People are always saying you become more attractive if you believe you actually are.
And then you weren't in denial anymore herbavore? =D
