heh I figure I'll post the rest of my raves night out pics, the rave was very nicely decorated, i think it was called "artonica"? I forget the exact name (lol..)
but the lighting was excellent, I actually got to sit up in some VIPish area because my friend is buddies with one of the crew members who sets up alot of the lighting for them. He did an amazing job, I wish he could decorate my room

He apparently also does some sort of fire dancing at festivals, very interesting guy, I wish raves had a filter where interesting and creative people could glow a certain color, and the shady sleazy people who are basically there to just be guido-ish sorta thug scummy pushers or just hit on intoxicated cuddle puddle girls would glow with an aura of "Stay away from me...Unless you want some shitty ____".

Anyway all in all I love the atmosphere, altho I still would take an industrial/ebm club > rave. I'm not a 'rivet-head' either tho. Maybe it was just that rave, but rave music is..ok...its not really something I'd want to listen to on my own, and for me I really enjoy something that both has rythm and patterns but is a little more complex and dynamic feeling...Psy-trance ftw. I like music you can dance to, but not only stuff thats kinda like a repetetive anthem with simple beats and style that kinda is just something to dance to. lol..I guess I'm a bit anti-social in that regard, I like music that creates the atmosphere, not background noise to an atmosphere - that is the music.
I guess this should digress on to music discussions but i figure since i have the pics in mind, any fellow electronic music fans that have similar feelings? Perhaps we can swap last.fm accounts
