I would just recommend going cold turkey. I take about what your dose is daily for maintenance (takes about 220-250mg to get me high or half a bun of good H), however I'm usually taking my opes 5 days a week, and sick for 2. I still manage to get to work, and do shit, however miserable I am. If you work, I recommend not taking off if you can. If you have to take off due to the pain, I'd recommend waiting til withdrawals hit, then taking off. Oxy withdrawals are very intense, second to only heroin in my opinion, but they are very short lived due to its half life. The worst will be over in 48 hours, and you'll be completely symptom free by day 4 or 5. Tapering will only prolong the agony. You've been high for 11 months, and you need to pay the piper at some point.
Like I said, just cold turkey it. The taper is going to make you slightly miserable over a period of 2-3 weeks. Especially since you only have enough oxy to last you a day and a half of your normal dose. I seriously advocate just CT'ing. The WD's will hit you hard and fast, but like I said, they will be over fast!
I've withdrawn from opiates probably over 300 times now. I go through it at least twice a month. Cold turkey is by far the least painful. Trust me from someone thats been there. If you've never been through withdrawal, the severity and quickness of it may shock you and think it's better to taper, but with just the moderate dose of oxy you're taking, mixed with the short halflife, just CT it. I know you can do it!
