Synthetic Opioid Megathread

It makes me sound like i'm Tramadols number one fan,but i find the antidepressant effects phenomenal. I only take them now on work days (not daily),they give me a real positive push. Bupe on the other hand is more of a stay at home drug,involving slurring and the occasional nutting of computer desk.

These are the only two opi's i have access to and i stick to a golden rule,i will never ask for them (apart from the odd hint ;)) No "please sir ,can i have some more".

Good things come to those that wait n'all that.

Does staggering Tram work better,so i've heard? I rarely go above 200 mgs.
 
i tell u what i found that IMO that suboxone/subutex and benzos are better than iv heroin i think that it make ya feel goood !!!!!!!!!!

You heard correctly. Best dosed in 50mg increments - it's something to do with plasma concentrations or something else beyond my ken. Monsta would be able to explain it better.

I think it is to do with not over-saturating the enzyme that converts it to o-desmethyltramadol (the fun bit?) Shit I should know this. Will get back to you :D

God damn it!! I recently had the chance to acquire some but couldn't afford them at the time...

For future reference (I'm an optimist!) what dose were you plugging?
 
I know it's an old thread, but it's a megathread! =D

I'm probably going to be getting some hydrocodone and oxymorphone. Both seem to have very low oral BA - is it worth eating them, or insufflating? By this I mean which produces a more enjoyable high, and how the highs differ.

If oxycodone had equal or higher nasal BA than oral, I would still eat it (although I'm not sure if it was 10% - only if I had a lot of oxycodone).
 
Plug 'em if you want maximal effects. Especially oxymorphone which has truly diabolical oral BA (be bloody careful with dosage if you do happen to opt for bumfun with oxymorphone though cos oral BA is ~5% (from memory) with rectal up nearer 80% (again from memory) which is one hell of a difference 8o). Snorting has moderately higher BA than oral but still shite. Stick 'em up yer arse ;)

Although having just learned that it metabolizes into O-Desmethyltramadol, I don't think I'll bother. I find nothing recreational about tramadol at all.

Is the BA for opioids usually that much higher when plugged as opposed to taken orally?

This is all very fascinating.

Opies are probably the prime candidate for bumfun amongst all the drugs cos the BA tends to be way higher than oral dosing. Obviously there are exceptions when smoking or shooting may be preferable. All depends on which ROAs you're comfortable with really. As a (very, very general) rule, I'd say that most pharmy-type opies (especially the fancier, US-type ones) are anal-friendliest. With exceptions for stuff like codiene and tramadol which are more oral only (if at all) and scag for obvious reasons... Although likely to be rather scrummy when bummied I'd imagine.

PS: I'd also suggest double-checking my BA figures on wiki or whatever cos they really are just from memory... but from longterm memory so probably not all that far off the mark.

This has left me confused, what do you think metabolizes into O-Desmethyltramadol? Tramadol does! Hydrocodone does not. Oxymorphone does not.
