There are two possibilities here, aya. Either you do know what you're talking about, and could offer some good HR advice, but prefer to make some snide insults and slink off with a smug sense of self-satisfaction, or you don't know what you're talking about, and have tried to cover up that shortcoming with some vague allusions to being an authority and some ad hominem remarks. Whichever is the case, it's not a very classy move.
