Sure.
Remember that symptoms of an acetaminophen OD can take up to 12 hrs. to manifest, but usually don't take that long esp. the nausea...
Extreme nausea/vomiting (you'll feel quite ill), possible diarrhea,
Malaise,
Cold sweats/ pallor,
Irritability,
Progression of the toxicity can lead to convulsions, coma, and death.
But your first basic indicator(s) will be malaise (not feeling well), bad nausea/vomiting, and feeling that you just want to lay down (sweats, etc).
If you suspect that you've ingested too much acetaminophen (like WAY too much- over 7000mg/24 hours- technically you're not supposed to exceed 4000mg/ 24 hrs), get to the ER fast, because time is of the essence in cases like this...
But, if you're not experiencing any nausea or malaise, you're probably alright. Just remember that symptoms can take awhile to present- sometimes up to 12-15 hrs., so keep an eye on it, okay?
