so anyone selling tickets for less than 200 dollars is a fool
 
um, i may have a ticket.. not 100% because it was originally bought for the ex. who said she will give me the cash

The prices will come down closer to the date.

it's ridiculous what prices the tickets are going for, what's worse is that people buy 50-100 tickets knowing it will sell out for the only purpose of selling them higher on ebay.


and you'd think being illegal to scalp tickets, someone would do something about it.

it just makes things unfair for legit people that actually want to go for the music.
 
That practice has worked in previous years when demand has been higher than supply on the day. But i think this year, and we saw it at homebake, you get these people buying 10 tickets and then realising on the day they don't have any buyers. They have to get rid of them so they can get inside and don't end up making much of a profit at all.
 
yep, that's why I'm gonna pick my ticket up on the day off one of these people - I see them every year trying to get rid of tickets for stupid prices just so they can go in.
 
yeh, so fuckin true, when the first livid was in sydney, i think it was 100 to get in, and i think i paid 50, so fuckin simple...
 
the boiler room isnt the greatest place in the world to meet, just to the fact that, fuck, it is huge, its dark, and hard to find people in...

The meet up place im going to request is going to be the Olympic Thingy, where the water comes out of... i cant remember what it is called

But yeah, depending on times and whatever, i dare say it is going to be a very early meet, somewhere near 1-2

If people would start putting hands up for who will show... let us know

Sure I'll be up for a BL meetup. I've found that Bluelighters are mysteriously bound to each other and are prone to randomly meeting so even if I miss it there's a decent chance I'll meet some of you anyway.
 
This meet-up has about 10 times less chance of working than the Homebake one, and look what happened to that....

I suggest trading mobile numbers via PM beforehand if it has any chance of working...

In saying that though, count me in :)
 
i agree with the whole mobile number swapping thing b4 the event... it will make life much easier. the homebake meet turned to shit for many of reasons, like the fuckin dumb big assed fucked up line outside... but of course. yah

If anyone does have my number out there, it isnt actually my number anymore, its a long story, but when i get my work mobile in a few weeks, i will give it to you again :D

I was gunna say boiler room around 12 cos theres not that many people in there and it's very open and spacey. But anyway, bleh.
