[SYD] - Transmission 9th B'day! 03/09/05 REVIEWS!

This is going to be an absolutely huge weekend!!! I dont have the Saturday night off work but i do have the Monday off work!!!! WooHoo!!!!

Bought a jumper kinda thing i am thinking about wearing, its a fitted hoodie with no sleeves, but i bought it in white, should i go and exchange it for black to keep it more in line with the camo theme??

As for me a couple friends I really wanted to go with have pulled. Got a couple of friends I don't know that well that I should be going with. Now no after chill party looks like it's happenin. Things are gonna be the usual bit random but hey, it's okay... I'm sure it'll still be a really fun night. Something very cool and random will happen. It always does and theres always so many really friendly and interesting people to meet at raves. I can't wait! Fun x10=D
 
What area are you from? Our scat day is either going to be Blacktown way or Kingsford way i am pretty sure....

I am planning the biggest weekend ever!! Well untill prophecy anyway!! haha!! I'm even thinking about having the tuesday off..

I put on what i was going to wear to Transmission again last night, i've decided that i dont like it... any of it!! :( I think i want camo shorts now and not the pants that i have, damn it!! lol I paid $100 for them and now i think i have over worn them!! I've worn them to subbies for the last 2 weeks!!Shouldnt have bout them so far ahead of the event!! CRAP!!! What is every one else wearing?
 
Ok well good news!! Shirt is sorted!! Every one in our crew is having the same slogan painted on their shirt.... Gonna be maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad!!!!! So excited!!!!! =D =D =D =D

Jay Jays is heaps good for cheap clothes... I'm thinking about having a bit of a look in there on Saturday! ;)

I'm thinking of going to Utopia Prophesy too. I'd really like to but I'll have to see. I have to save a couple of bux for the trip to Melbourne to Godskitchen in October. ;)

I live up in the Northern Suburbs and so does one of the friends I'm going in with but we are usually up for driving wherever, especially if friends or randoms are up for haning out or doing something after. I was saying to my friend that we HAVE TO go for a beach chill out one morning after a big club or rave night out in the summer. It's be cool. All pile into someone's cars. Sunrise over the beach. Heaps of party people, have D&Ms or go crazy and run amuck. Crash out on the sand afterwards. Catch some rays. Maybe even get a barbecue goin later on... (well actually It'll prolly just be me cooking a barby and everyone else saying "I can't be fucked" and "How the hell can you be eating steak after a night out?!? heh heh ;) )

I'd be up for it. Should be fun to meet some of you crazy party people but where and when?? I'm not familiar with the layout or anything of the State Sport Centre. Can anyone help?
 
This is coming around mighty quick! I'm keen for a meetup, don't really know any of you guys but i'm sure we could still talk some shit to each other and run amuck.
 
Bought my Tix while recovering after Danny Howells/Deep Dish in June... Can't Wait!!!!!!!!!! Glad i had the forsight in that state to buy the VIP tix early....

Jay Jays is the way to go for Camo gear.... This is going to be a huge one, definately worth flying up from Melbourne for!!!
 
Ahhh....13 sleeps to go :) I'm hell keen for this, esp as it's back at the SSC!!

Got my Camo gear all sorted (Jay Jays has heaps of camo clothing).

We got rooms at the Ibis too, plus I got Mon-Tues off...hehe...

Soooooooooooooooo exited!! hehe =D I'm definately up for meeting some of you guys!! But i dont know the lay out of the place either so it would have to be somewhere fairly easy for me to find. Also it would have to be sometime after 1am coz i'll get there at about 12 but i wanna see DJ 4Strings!! =D

Ekstasis - 2004/2005 New years we went to bondi beach in the morning to watch the sunrise and then we went to some day club... The beach was awesome!! Was pretty damn cold and windy though!!
 
Yeah i don't know the layout either, havn't been to an event there yet, maybe 3D world will publish a map of room layouts and map in this weeks or next weeks issue?
 
I'd say 3D will have some info on it. Main room is obviously the main room. I think the 2 rooms up the back will be the NuBreed and Breaks rooms. There will also be the outside chillout area as per normal. It's all very easy to find your way around. And the best bit is the stairs (think massive bleachers like you'd have in a basketball court). Walking up/down them whilst peakin is a funny experience :P
 
^Walking upstairs while peaking is definately funny, especially if your doing the robo walk, laughs for everyboby. If anyone wants to organise a meet up add me to your msn if you have it, saves all the random chit chat in here.

Assuming it's the same set-up as the previous Transmission at the States Sports Centre here's the map. X marks the spot for the meet-up. Others can decide on the time :p
