There are threads buried deep in the staff archives from years ago where a small number of us vigorously campaigned (read: politely asked) for this smiley to be added.

Our pleas fell on deaf ears.

Fast-forward half a decade, some fool allowed us access to the server... and guess what happened?

Adding :sus: was job number 1.

Priorities, man. Priorities. Gotta have priorities.

And this thread most definitely made my day. Especially the gifs.

I do like the little fella a lot but his tasteful shading is showing up the others.

Is :sus: the only emoticon that can hold his own thread without bl telling you that the message is too short? Or are there any other three character emoticons out there?

I favour the first one - the bottom one is pretty cheeky, but there is something about the top one I really like

That does upset me quite a bit actually.. I use :P a lot but I'm too scared to use that fella as it looks so rude :p
 
I've seen whole threads get derailed by folk who get completely misinterpreted by using :p thinking it's the normal :P and not some arrogant raspberry blowing orange guy.

It's a bloody outrage I tells yeh.
 
Statistics show that 92% of all arguments on BL originate from this mistake. Probably. We should get a campaign going, make a few T shirts, produce a report with pie charts etc..

Actually, no T shirts, I don't want :p on my clothing, probably get in a fight :D

8o's a good 'un. Ambivalent towards 8(.. nice colour and can be useful but not hugely keen.

I'm fond of :! crackhead, use that one quite a bit :D Agree :X is pretty wank though.

On second thoughts.. :X does at least have a nice two tone effect going on.
