also about prices of prescription mdma at the pharmacy. I really doubt that taxing it would cause us to go broke infact I can see it costing just a few dollars per pill. If you think about it the "expensive" pill at the pharmacy is only a few dollars per pill in most cases. So if a patient that uses prescription meds pays $200 a month for a 30 day supply of 60 pills they are only paying $3.33 per pill. Just do the math!
I dont see us paying 20-30 dollars per pill from a prescription. That would cost us up to $1800 per month. considering the pharm company will only pay a few pennies to manufacture the drug. Even now it only cost pennies to make mdma illegaly. Oh and insurance I'm sure we can get some covarage through that so we dont have too much out of pocket cost. I think MDMA would create more business for insurance companies since I'm sure people would be modivated to use the medication and not pay as much for it.
