Supreme Court Hears Arguments in Junior High Girl Strip Search Case

If there was such danger to the school and students why weren't the police called to do the strip search? The staff must be completly moronic.
 
I hope the school staff involved are charged with sexual offences against a minor, or at least get the shit sued out of them.

I mean, fuck, I used to take ibuprofen to school with me all the time due to chronic headaches. It isn't exactly an illegal substance!

Taking off shoes is legally a strip search. afaik.
