[Support PD] If you know NBOMe drugs, where did you first learn about them?

first learned about NBOMe's from erowid. I had been out of the scene a few years.

Came back, and BAM! there they were.

I learned about them when I had received a sheet of 2c-e and returned it, the dealer tried to give me "LSD" which was actually just 25c-nbome, a friend who was with me through the whole thing took a tab to test it and said it was "25c-nbome", we enjoyed the trip.

Well, I stumbled upon it. Reviewing the current state of R.C.'s after Bath Salt stories hit like a wave of fire, my interest in the subject peaked. I waas shocked that certain things were legal..... having a desire to return to the world of recreational designer drugs, I then stumbled onto information on the recently banned substance 2ci. or smiles. I found it very interesting that I had missed all the legal loophole fun with 2ci but it then led me to ................ NBOMe's. First hand accounts of this seemed most interesting, and the idea of only receiving a tiny amount of a anaolouge in the mail was MOST agreable.

After reading up on Erowid, I came hear for advice in form of a forum. Sepher, Transform, and Jergen all were very helpful. I only have 3 trips under my belt, but I feel like I am already a freindly advocate of harm reduction.

I have seen this widely available for a couple years in the music scene all on printed perforated.

First ran into two years ago, relatively safe however taking away a soul instead of infusing it like true L. Thank god its still around. Needlepoint New years upper midwest. Cannot appreciate the Nbome its simply a money making RC with no fucking point.

Why are you assuming it's meant to be a substitute for LSD. Are all other psychedelics meant to be substitutes too? Are you implying that LSD is the only valid psychedelic and all others should be compared to it?

Evening all. The discovery was made after that not even being able to find a reliable LSD source where I live, I had to broaden my horizons. Naturally I turned to the net and hey presto... I haven't mad much opportunity to experiment with Phenethylamines other than quite impure mescaline extracts.

During further research of 25C I stumbled across this forum, alas I am now a member.

25C is quite an intriguing substance and my curiosity has only grown with research. I am in the process of acquiring 10 mg 25C FB which will be dissolved in 5 ml of an equimolar HCl soln. My nose spray bottle has already been dissected and measured to consistently deliver 0.01 ml. 400 ug will be my surfing my nose canals after an allergy test (will a skin test suffice with, say, 50 ug?).

Though I may be getting ahead of myself, the hopefully legitimate vendor I intend to use first needs to pull through, as well as it making its way through our postal service...

Anyway, stoked to be with a forum that clearly has several super resourceful members

^ I'm not sure an allergy test is for allergies. In your case it will be to make sure that you haven't misplaced a decimal point in your dilution calculations, ending up with a product 10 times stronger than you wanted. Because of this, I wouldn't apply it to your skin. Do you have a way to separate out 50ug and dose it nasally?

Also, this probably doesn't need to be said but be careful putting HCl up your nose. I would check first if the substance you receive is really a freebase by trying to dissolve it in distilled water. I think that some vendors don't know what "freebase" means and assume it means "pure".

^ Thanks Anon for the response. Ok fair enough, so the "allergy" test is going to be done nasally. As for the being able to make fine measurements, I am fortunate enough to be a student assistant in a molecular biology lab, so I have access to all manners of fine measuring equipments :D 25 ul of 2 mg/ml soln. can easily be pipetted out.

Also, testing whether it's free base isn't a bad idea. Also, maybe I'll check that the pH isn't bellow, say 6 or 5.5?

The HCl salt might clump up but will dissolve slowly with some stirring and possibly a touch of heat

Massive amounts of NBOMes and DO(C,I) being sold nationwide to anyone. Old hippies that think theyd be able to tell, young folks who dont give a fuck, festivals and concerts. Same thing that happened with MDMA and "Molly" except much more dignified. People are more upfront.

I just shat out a 2g shard of Molly in my toilet, wanna eyeball a point. If you are taking something you bought called Molly (bonus if you asked for it by name) congrats you are a great cancer to MDMA. Seen people mix MDPV, 2C-I and 4-MEC and sell it like hotcakes to dumbass people ( I dont comdome that. They did it for science and the lulz. Fuckem) street drugs are for the ignorant, reckless and naive now more than ever. Be careful.

Dont go looking for LSD in the USA from your average dope dealer.
Buy that shit overseas in the crystal if you can

I have heard a lot more reports from friends and fam about NBOMe being sold to people as LSD. 2-5 years ago it would have more commonly been DOI, DOC or DOM though after a close friend had a girl seize out of her mind and into a coma on the DOx's at his apartment subsequently landing him and a few other friends in jail after being subjects of a raid. I became somewhat of a local harm reduction preacher to anyone I was friends with who was also involved in entheogen use, "If its tastes like chemicals TIS NOT LSD!".

It saddens me to know that my younger brother(23) and his entire group of friends were only able to experience legitimate white fluff the handful of times i was blessed with enough lucy to help them out. None of them will even go near blotter paper anymore due to being burnt from numerous sources up and down the east coast all from different locations and groups of people, from close friends who bought a sheet thinking it was lsd-25 to the normal douches who circulate this shit at parties and fests, though can't say it wouldn't be an easy money maker.

The song remains the same NBOMes and DO(C,I) are all over this country being flipped as lsd, mostly by traveling rainbow kids from my experience or other street level entrepreneur's who knows where to get RC's online or from the SR and don't give a shit what the person thinks it is or the consequences it may have. From what i have seen it's been drowning out any real acid on the east coast from Vermont to Tallahassee for the last half a decade for the newbs and current generation of fuckups, though thankfully the old fucks like me who are smart and paranoid have clung to their pure cid sources since the early 90's . My 2cents
