^ Merged with mega.
I'd be very hesitant to put anything sourced from American cattle in my body.
It's definitely effective...if you're a newborn, and are taking it in significant quantities via breastmilk.
I'm curious if there's a particular reason they market cow-colostrum, like if it's better than other sources, or if it's just cuz cow's milk is the most plentiful.
It's not really on the table...generally-speaking, it doesn't hold a candle to modern 'wellness' improvements such as generic immunizations/foods.
Whatever you're sick with can be addressed with something substantiated, this stuff's been around as a supplement for a looong time and has virtually zero evidence of efficacy, regardless of how the advertisements try to spin it.
I was wondering if anyone had any insight on using a magnesium supplement (specifically for Adderall use)? Is one kind better than the others? I keep seeing "chelated magnesium." Is that the best?

I personally have never tried it. However, if it's not very expensive, it's worth a try to see if it'll help you have more energy.
In second, I note that if you're eating a diet rich in whole, natural foods, that'll help spike up your energy levels, also.
