Hi,
I finally got a hold of some nice blotters and I'm curious about what supplements I should/shouldn't preload with.
A little background info first. I have pretty sensitive receptors, and in the past, for the first and second time I tried to roll I wasn't able to because of receptor down regulation. I'd been preloading with 5-HTP as well as L-Dopa, but even after taking two pills (spaced by an hour) I didn't roll. I'm pretty sure they weren't bunk pills because I still had many of the other effects going on (huge pupils, jaw clenching, and a mild increase in the feeling of closeness to others). IMO I rolled but very very mildly. Since then I've been able to roll no problem if I stop taking 5-HTP at least 2-3 days before the roll.
Anyways, I bring that up because I'm curious if I should stop taking the supplements I have before hand.
The supplements I have at my disposal are:
5-HTP
Piracetam
Quecertine
Green Tea Extract (EGCG)
Taurine
GABA
Melotonin
Magnesium
I've heard that Piracetam has a pretty substantial effect on frying, so I'm curious if I should take it, or stay away so I don't fry too hard [for my first time]. I'm hoping to have a nice first time experience, hopefully not too intense. I plan on taking 1 hit and waiting for it to kick in plus another hour, and at that point maybe taking the other if I like the direction I'm headed in.
