I'd like to see someone develop a 5-HT2a super agonist and see how it effects people, but I dought a study like that will ever happen.

i read Mebutamate is stronger than this though.
 
Sr 17018 for opiate detox. Or any other RC that could provide more comfortable detoxes. The traditional treatments available seem overmatched against the new age of super high strength opiate abuse

Litterally? Well, i'm quoting verbose and shall stick to it then!

Long long ago the topic of coughing focussed plenty of attention on temperature and dryness characterising cannabis vapour, which to me resulted in a « Prototyping Platform » where cooling & moisturization could be conveniently combined in a variety of ways:

Starting from there i knew i wanted water so my next move was to choose an existing product to serve as yet another prototyping platform, which this time required quite many more years to tweak while i was becoming aware of "packetization" under the form of this law applying to elementary thermodynamics:

Which once applied to my selected tool resulted in a 2-phase scenario:

First a fixed amount of energy matching its associated workload was accumulated temporarily, next it got briefly released into a Bi-Energy compatible bowl eventually inviting Induction Heating, so to better apply Pulse Heating which promotes aroma/taste appreciation, basically by avoiding combustion by virtue of the Curie effect and much more as a bonus.

Initially my Hybrid Core would be structured following one of 2 possible topologies:

My LAVACapsule model was made of two customized VG "tops" where half of it sufficed to complete a pipe, that later alternative being a proven "Plan-B" (butane-based) option. The co-axial heat convertor concept didn't get this advanced in terms of factual experimentation but it still should fit nicely inside a modified retro-compatible full-metal top/sphere, shown below:

What's unique about it resides in support of real-time "scanning" of the vapour combined to cotton sampling allowing collection of data where opacity, pressure and speed can be paired with a physical sample of what was actually inhaled.

Ultimately i would like to see the results analyzed through these 4 "reality-filters" of mine:

#1) Neuro-plasticity; ​
#2) Contaminants; ​
#3) Consumption Method & Ritual; ​
#4) Socio-toxic 3rd-party interference​

P1, P2 and P3 are fresh-air « PinHole » inlets, with a manual option at P2 so to enhance the consumption method & ritual (item #3). Contaminants (#2) would be monitored via the cotton sampling, packetization of the stored energy as a function of bowl weight/size (#4) would eventually affect a previously acquired habit (e.g. practically imposed by an environment shaped by society) and even allow to unlearn it (#1) as i've myself verified personally, even late into the 3rd age.

The « FlexValve » is a final refinement trying to manage more suitably with clean-burning butane that remains contaminated with "traces" from the torch-lighter and its butane can: its pinching reduces intake during a pre-heat phase almost without giving it any voluntary thought. The set of « Bio-Feedback » ports is where optical fibers will insert, 2 for the illumination, 2 more for sensing; having a pair of them is how i figured pressure and airflow speed could be extrapolated while a single one can only measure opacity.

In conclusion i can see two main purposes for such device configurations: one for objective investigation, the other for socialization under the form of a karaoke game where sessions are displayed in real time for all to compare with health-wise « HR » signatures reflecting conclusions of the previously built database...

Something I was interested to see in research would be the effectiveness of a melatonin antagonist for the treatment of excess daytime sleepiness or shift work disorder. From what I looked up, I saw a drug called 'Luzindole'. Are there any published studies that meet this criterion? If not, it could be interesting for research.

I can voucher for this twice, cause I mistakenly relapsed without the proper tools in place when I tried recovery without treatment, going from Suboxone to the 300mg sublocade , I got the first then second shot and my desire to stay off opiates was stronger than my desire to do them and I can say no withdrawal symptoms whatsoever, the second time just recently I only got the one shot and never went back even though they want me on it for a year but I'm sorry I've already taken enough lumps I'm good thanks, thank you medical science for the life saving advancement. Highly recommend...

True and accurate psychedelic testing for people diagnosed with schizophrenia and / or preexposure to psychosis. There remains a lot of misinformation and speculation regarding psychedelic use for people with schizophrenia or previous history of psychosis.
The study should include micro-dosing as well higher doses of various psychedelic forms and substances.

Another study would be how LSD promotes radical thinking. Give LSD to political candidates and monitor changes by comparing present and past administrations.

I have been very curious if or about the application of LSD in response to schizophrenia patients very much because we are told repeatedly by the literature that it can cause psychosis or a schizophrenic episode…but are there any studies?

None I’m aware of, most research projects that involve psychedelics are geared toward people having no previous experience with psychosis. Perhaps because liability issues, however it seems to me if a test subject is aware of possible consequences and signs off on it there be no grounds to seek restitution for loss or any other conflict as result of study.

I’ve experienced psychosis 3 times in my lifetime and I know the condition is not permanent, at least it wasn’t for me. Besides I didn’t die or anything like that, it’s just a state of mind. Not saying it was enjoyable, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

If you ask me, people tend to freak out about their life like they are the only species on earth. If something happens to me in the grand scheme of things would amount to millisecond in vastness of time. However, think of information gained from research by testing psychedelics on a person with a history of psychosis?
