Yea @DeathIndustrial88 I feel you completely. I appreciate your respectful approach to making your point as well. Buprenorphine gets complicated. When we are talking about straight up MOR agonists, it is pretty easy to jump from one to the other. I am always hesitant to fully explain the subtleties of Buprenorphine worrying that I am being too much of a nerd for your average reader. The explanation is important for anyone trying to understand the more eldritch qualities of their drugs, so thanks.

I hear you man. I've always respected you around here, so I felt a little like an ass pointing that out, but I thought I'd mention it because I've met a lot of people who hear that buprenorphine is weak (and it is), but they don't realize how potent it still is & that potency can still cause tolerance & such. But yeah, it gets complex when comparing partial agonists & full agonists too.

Oh man, the amount of people I bore on the daily with my drug blabber. lol I'm always talking to the people closest to me about pharmacology & drugs & experiences & I'm sure they all think I'm a big nerd for it as well. lol But I think it's a great passion to have.
