Do you have access to diphenhydramine hcl, or doxylamine succinate?

You can probably go on a schedule like this:

day 1 -> 4mg suboxone
day 2 -> 4mg
day 3 -> skip
day 4 -> H
day 5 -> skip, sleep in
day 6 -> 4mg

I used to do that for a while, but I haven't used heroin for a long time, and do not regret doing so.

I only take suboxone 0.5mg 2x a day now.

i have searched through this and i apologize in advance if i missed it. I do know the bioavailability of roa's, my question is what way last's longer, sniffing,plugging, or sublingual i dont shoot. i am on subutex not suboxone. i would just like to know anyone's experience or if you have any facts on this. thanks ashla

Okay this is a panic thread mods can delete this in a couple days, sorry

I've been doing like 3 bags a day of dope for around a year, I don't know, I don't think my addiction is as strong as most people who can say that, but I still have an addiction. I'm in Europe (Geneva and Italy) for 2 weeks and so it's cold turkey. It's been like 2, 3 days now and I think the most major symptoms have subsided.

I have 4 mg of suboxone I don't know when or how to take it, I don't want to end up in the same withdrawal symptoms I just battled after the suboxone wears off.

4 mgs of subo is not enough too cause any problems. In fact it's only a single dose usually. If you've gone through the sick and it's subsiding (3 days or more since last H use) put the subo (half an 8? or 2 2mgs?) under your tongue and leave it there till it's gone. That's how you use them. (sublinguall) You could split it up and do 2mgs twice but I would just do the 4. They last long (24hrs at least) and you'll feel better and maybe get some sleep too. Good luck and hope you enjoy Italy! I loved it last time I was there a few years ago. I was on the Med side Amalfi coast. It was fabulous. Up in Swiss land they have H clinics like we have methadone. It's a test program that seems to be working well.
 
Yeah im completely off the sub now, tho Id been doing that sort of thing for pretty much the entire time on it but progressively working down to using less occasionally (like from just using subs when i couldnt afford dope to then only using once every two weeks). Thats what was frustrating me so much...mentally i didnt feel super addicted anymore but physically i was fucked, hence wanting to get rid of the bupe and physical addiction. I was just so over feeling sick pretty much every morning and knowing that i hadn't even used in two weeks (plus the fucks at the clinic were pretty nasty).

So yeah thats where im at now, havent been using dope that often but still want to be able to occasionally, but without constantly being sick because of it. Also i dont know if it makes much of a difference but addiction didnt sneak up on my or anything, I just went stupidly hardcore for a year cos I was working a high paying job in Cambodia and really didnt give a fuck about the consequences. Granted i thought id stop when i got home and it took a while before i cared to (or moreso until the difficulties of having a huge habit not in SE Asia became apparent). But yeah it was more a case of bad judgement than willpower, I knew what i was doing but didnt really care - which is very different now.

Sublingual lasts the longest.

need advice

i've been on some kind of opiate for nearly two years now.... half of that time i was shooting H up to 3+g a day.... and now i've found myself hopelessly addicted again.

i live in CT, sometimes NYC, and I've now realized that I NEED to find a place that will help me out with a bupe/whatever program.
in San Francisco it was quite easy to get methadone, but i'm pretty lost here, and the last place I went to in Norwalk was a goddamn disaster. i can't afford a bupe/sub doctor.

how the fuck can i get some help?????

Well, you have diazepam. benzos + buprenorphine is quite pleasant, do you have access to other benzos?

Overall, the combination is a bit risky, so start low and work your way up if you want to do it.


to subisjustokay: try tapering down your suboxone dose, maybe you'll feel better on a lower dose (norbuprenorphine is more pleasant than buprenorphine; you get nor-bupe at low-doses).

You should get health insurance if it is at all possible. Then, the next time you get money, don't spend it on heroin but a doctor's visit and medicine (not to mention health insurance). In the long run, quitting heroin will save you a lot of $ which in turn can go towards health insurance.

If this isn't an option for you, there's a program to get on Suboxone for free, even if you don't have health insurance.

Capt H,

I can get my hands on midazolam, rhoynol, prazepam and bromazepam so what do u reckon is the best???? also i am on a 3x0.216mg dose like u taught me so how low a dose do u reckon i should go down to?? and sorry mate i don't understand what u mean by bupre or nor-bupre??? could u please elaborate a little more for a beginner like me please??
