different metabolites.

I bet suboxone wont even show up unless they are actually testing for it. Morphine is most likely what they will test for and it will indicate other opiates like codeine, heroin, or morphine itself. All the other opioids (oxycodone, hydrocodone, fentanyl, etc.) have their own metabolites which need to be specifically tested for, just like suboxone does.

By the way, no drug testing questions in OD, please.

when i was in a detox, this guy was spitting out most of his sub and valium, saving them for later, and they tested him and were like wtf, why are your levels so low, and kicked him out.

sorry....

just wanted to add in here that i've had good success adding lyrica (pregabalin) into my meds schedule. it has done a good job with helping a lot of my neurological pain as well as the anxiety that comes on.

i've only been taking 2-3 x 75mg a day (unlike some of the other huge doses i've read on here) and it's taken away the point to having my valium as well. i think i'll be off valium for good this time. (for a little while at least;))

No, no need to apologize man. I was just saying as a friendly reminder. Notice how I still answered the question for you? I didnt mean to be a dick about it.

theres norcos and percocets around. is 48 hour abstinance from subs good enough to get effects from the norcs or percs? ive been on 12-10 mg a day of suboxone.

At 48 hours you will feel the norcs/percs, but the sub will block some. 10-12mg is a large dose. It won't be a total waste, but it will waste some.
72 hours would be a much better idea; you'll get your money's worth if you wait longer. You'll have little or no blocking of effects after 72 hours.

Being on 10-12mgs a day of suboxone... You will have to wait I would say about 72hours b4 u can get any good effects from the hydros or perc's...

Tramadol and Suboxone is a awesome combo, its weird how trams work whiel on sub seeing that sub blocks all other opiates.. But then again Tramadol is a weird quasi-opioid too so who knows but the combo of trams and suboxone is good, I can nod off that combo...

Kratom + Suboxone - I dont think it would work, ive read a few reports on erowid about people saying that kratom didnt have an effect while they were on suboxone.. But ive never personally tried it... has anyone tried kratom and suboxone and what the effects were if any?

Tramadol work in many ways. Besides being an opiate (mu) agonist, it is also a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. Not an SNRI like effexor which takes weeks to start working and isn't recreational, but one that works immediately, its instant anti-depressant effect definitely cause a good feeling for the user. Tramadol also may have some affect on GABA, another way that it may affect one's body even if buprenorphine (in suboxone) is blocking the (mu) opiate receptors.

Second, once again, no drug testing questions.

As for my own post.

I'm on 4mg a day of suboxone, I'm getting a 80 tonight, probably gonna wait till tomorrow after noon to use any, but, once its gone, do I have to wait 24hrs to get back on my sub like when I started?

No, just wait till you start feeling sick again. As soon as the withdrawals set in, you are good to go.

Theres been times where Ive done a little bit of H or some low quality H in the morning, and around 12 hours later, I started feeling a little sick and I would take the suboxone. As long as you arent IVing it, you really arent going to feel precipitated withdrawals. The worst you will feel if you do take suboxone early is very very very minor discomfort for about 10 - 15 minutes.

I've taken suboxone too early after a full agonist twice, and both times it was more like 1-2 hours of hell.
Maybe its different for everyone, or maybe it depends on the full agonist taken before (when/what type/etc).

Well I just blew 1/2 of an 80, probably earlier than I should have, but I'm still feeling nice, I'm gonna wait it out a while before I go back to my suboxone, but when I first started I waited less then 24 hours and was fine.
