No. This was precipitated. It started exactly 15-20 minutes after I dosed a whole 8mg of suboxone (i was naive). My pupils got really big (i felt like I was tripping at first) and then my stomach hurt so bad and my legs were thrashing about, with anxiety attacks and horrible inner restlessness. Sweats, chills, you name it. The onset was sooo fast. I knew I did it. I think fent patches actually leave a reservoir of fent in your skin for longer than you have it stuck to you. Fent was in my system and I just took the sub too early.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but I take tramadol on top of suboxone all the time. It works (at least on a low dose of suboxone). I take 1-2mg suboxone/day, and I can feel effects from taking a few tramadol on top of that. Its not all that good, obviously, as there are much better drugs to get high with, but I use them for pain and it does a little something (enough to do it again).

What was your exact question so it can be answered better? I read what you wrote, but... what kind of goals are you trying to achieve? Pain relief or a high?

I don't like tramadol, I've never used it while on Suboxone. I would stick with Suboxone and xanax, it makes for a sweet combo.

I would split your 1mg pill in half and use 0.5mg. You'll get a better high from xanax while on Suboxone, so you won't need as much as you would if using xanax by itself.

How long then do I need to wait before taking the suboxone? The last time I took hydrocodone was last night around 9pm. If I decide to take the suboxone today, will I get precipitated withdrawal, even though I've only used Norco for a week?

Can you explain the xanax and suboxone combination some more? I have some xanax and if it makes for "a sweet combo" I'm pretty interested. How much xanax do I need to take? I usually only take 1mg of xanax when I do take it. I've never tried mixing it with suboxone.
 
You need to wait until you no longer feel the norco. For most people that means waiting until dopesickness kicks in. If you aren't going to get dopesick from 1 weeks use, then just wait ample time. Give it at least 16 hours, maybe 24. I don't know if anyone could say for sure if 1 week use will give you PWDs, at least not without a full background of your opiate use and whatnot. If you're generally opioid addicted (suboxone/norco/etc), then wait until you feel like "FUCK. I need opiates." Thats the right time.


Combining suboxone and xanax isn't a 'magical' combination or anything, but it is a good (and common) one. One is an opioid and one is a benzodiazepine. People have been mixing opioids and benzos since the days of sabertooth tigers and woolly mammoths (or sometime around then).
If you've taken suboxone before, and you've taken xanax before, you could make a pretty good guess about what the combination is like - you'll feel nice, relaxed, carefree, etc. You know, the best of both worlds. (Opioids and benzos are my two favorite drug categories, thats for sure.)

The amount to take would be the right amount for your tolerance. If you usually take 1mg, stick around there. But since you're mixing it with suboxone (I don't know how much sub you take, what your tolerance is like, etc), you'll want to take a little bit less than you would on its own because of the synergy and to err on the side of caution (especially if you don't have a large tolerance for either). So if you're going to take the xanax on top of your normal dose of suboxone, I'd recommend taking anywhere from 0.5-0.1mg for a little boost.

I guess it varies for some people. I would try to wait a full 24 hours (or as far into it as possible if you begin to have heavy WD symptoms). It varies for individuals, so I can't really put a number on it.

Typically I take less than 1mg. 0.5mg does me just fine, in fact some times I would probably take less than that. The acute effects of benzos is synergistic with Suboxone, so you should feel the xanax more than you would normally.

I would take your dose of Suboxone, and wait until it has calmed you from WD. And, at this time, when you are sure you don't have precipitated WD and are just feeling relief from Suboxone, I'd wait about an hour (or two) until you're close to the peak, then I'd take the xanax (personally I take 0.5mg). It'll definitely boost it nicely.

This is the most important.

Benzos + alcohol = retardedness, retrograde amnesia (waking up not remembering what you did last night), huge hangover, sometimes waking up next to someone whose name you don't know.

(extra large dose - 10 to 20 times the normal dose) Benzos + Suboxone = retardedness, regression to age 5 (or 3, depending on pre-existing maturity level), loss of coordination.

I couldn't even imagine benzos+alcohol+Suboxone. I wouldn't want to. You'd wake up feeling like the devil raped your Blood Brain Barrier.

anyway, my question is pertaining to getting high. i dont expect it to be super or anything, i'm just looking for some enhanced well being. poorly worded question, i know. my bad.

dont advocate combining three different depressants dude, like someone else has said, that combo is retardedness. If a non-tolerant user were to try this it could be very very dangerous. Hell its probably pretty damn risky even for a TOLERANT user. Be safe man

i disagree. a suboxone tolerant user hardly feels the suboxone and its depressant effects. and all i've ever gotten from benzo+booze is super retardedness. i think it's fine if you wanna black out.
 
okay so from what ive gathered, methadone euphoria is pretty iffy.

hydrocodone, oxycodone, and heroin give me euphoria

bupe doesnt.

would methadone give me euphoria? im really interested because methadone is cheap and available here but i do opiates just for the euphoria. (nods are only nice when you're feeling good too!)

Well you'd be more than likely to expirience euphoria from done' than bupe that's for sure. I'm not sure if you're asking because you're dependent or because you are non tolerant and just looking for a high.
 
I have gotten high, very high off of both bupe and Dones. But I also wasn't slamming a G a day of tar either...Bupe still give me that feeling of relief after I have been sick all night. And when your sick, that's all that really matters.
 
^^^^^^^^ amen brother. It's not so much the foggy minded, ichy eye'd high, but i like it none the less.

i'm reporting back about the tramadol and suboxone:
i really liked it. i actually could feel the tramadol on top of the suboxone, which is a huge shocker. tramadol used to get me high back in the day too, i was taking it with an SSRI, huge mistake, i'm lucky nothing happened to me. i must have a high seizure threshold.
anyway, 150mg spaced out over a few hours got me high for about 8. really subtle and fun.
 
Down to 0.6mg/day.

Feeling OK.

3 weeks to go!

* I've never gotten even the slightest high from subutex, btw..
