Good luck! I'd love to tell you that walking brought on my labour, but my water broke all over my then-fiance's naked penis. heh. They say sex helps bring on labour - apparently they were right
Miss Twitch is right about dilating - doing lots of things that help the baby move down, walking is good, squatting is good (make sure someone is there to help you back up!

), nipple stimulation can help because it causes little contractions. But if the baby moves down, your waters are more likely to break (the lower the baby, the more pressure on the membranes, which will cause them to break). What else? I dunno!
Labour! Labour is terrifying. Honestly, if you keep thinking "women do this every day" it'll help! Get in a hot bath if you can, or have a hot shower. Force someone to massage the pain. Get hot towels. Anything HOT will help the pain. If you get on all fours and lift your tummy up, it will help the pain. The sooner you get any drugs, the more likely your labour is to be much longer than if you don't have any. When the doc says stop pushing, STOP PUSHING, it helps minimise tearing. If you have to have stitches afterwards, make sure you have a local anaesthetic first (thanks doc!)
Best fun ever! And you get a BABY at the end! w00.
