The G74 opanas are my favorite. Period.
However, if you are looking for a more reliable medication for your legitimate pain, perhaps the 80s would suit you better.
I have never taken opana orally seeing as how the BA is total shit, so sniffing is the way to go as far as ROA (in my opinion).
