I GOT MY TICKET

The final piece to the Starscape puzzle ;)

So uhhhhhhh......basically 4 days left!!!!!! Wooooohoooooooo! So what are we doing about a group meetup AT Starscape? Since I didn't make the meetup last year (because I suck!) I don't know whats best. And from what I heard the meetup last year was very successful. Maybe Squeaks or somebody could remind us all where that would be?

and seriously people, this is in a few days now! the only thing i'm even mildly dreading is the drive, i got antsy during the 20 minute highway ride to college tonight! ;)

Kewl, they have beer.

Whoa, I just realized they're selling beer there, kewl. Maybe I'll have a couple beers if they're not $10 a cup.8)

I sure hope it doesn't rain, I heard rain Saturday morning and more rain Sunday morning, so who knows. That would really be a blower.

I guess if I'm going I should get a ticket, huh? I'll have to get off my lazy ass and go get one one of these days, things just keep getting in the way though.. like bong hits.

We'll see, maybe tomorrow.

grrrr, I'm getting so frustrated waiting for this event to happen. I mean, I've been thinking about it like every hour of the day since this past wknd. What day is it today & how many more days do we have remaining??? damn my week is going by so slow
Anyway I know "THE DAY" is coming............................................I can't wait for it thats for sure!!

Well for the past two years we met on the "grassy knoll" this tiny little hill filled with grass. It was usually found near the DNB tent although I don't know how they are going to set up SS this year.... That grassy knoll should be there though its not far from the big cemet "street" thats found inside the venue that was used as a pathway in and out of the place(at least I think)
 
Dame, look at TopRocka got a Moderator spot and now wont to be funny! Is it because you have more Post then me? My bad if I don't have time to chill with you in BL! It's funny what a little juice can do for you! It's strait!
And hell ya, you will see the double (HH)! I know you don't know anything about that (Mr.Moderator). Maybe I'll meet you at StarScape.

I think it's about time the grassy knoll is retired... when you have a central area to chill, people end up spending way too much time there... then there's always someone getting stuck sittin there to keep the spot or be there if some newbies show up.

It is my opinion that we change the bluelight gathering/chill area this year to someplace around the MAIN STAGE, near the water (works out well for the sunrise) or maybe out on the pier if the music isn't too irritating. ;)

im down with the main stage area near the water... it's nice and open and a sweet view from on top of the hill. :) plus it's easy to find. :)
 
Another year I sit on the sidelines. I've spent a ton of cash on Brian's birthday presents, so we won't be making it. But I think I've made it up by reserving Squeaks' room. :)

So everyone have fun!
 
Well, one of my best friends is really trying to go to this and he wants to go get tickets this evening, so looks like I might actually be getting tickets today, we'll see how the rest of the day goes though, you never know with me.

Hopefully I'll get to see you all soon!

I'm still slightly concerned with the possibility of rain though.

My wife, AmerEx and I will be there with bells on :) and nothing else!
Just Kidding...I'm wearing a thong...but seriously we got our tickets and hotel room locked on and confirmed. So we are good to go, we had a blast last year and really looking forward to this year. See you all there!
 
i am concerned with the rain too. ugh ive partied in the rain tho.

i do not thin kthe knoll should ertire.. the dnb tent has the best music! and i like having a place to sit and be lazy.. :p

my friend still doesnt have a ticket either.. but they'll be selling at the door right?

people will spend most of their time in the meetup area no matter where it is. the grassy knoll was nice. but im not saying anything because im not going. and besides, you dont know what tent will be there. the year before last it wasnt the dnb tent from what i understand.
 
the year before that(2001) it was the main tent...

anyway me and sara will be there hotel room and tickets confirmed :-D
