STARSCAPE - Saturday, Sept. 27th 2003 - Baltimore, MD

umm I can make several comparisons (good & bad comparing Starscape to Boo and vise-versa) as far as dj selections, dj performances, the music overall, the theme of these events, the vibe, the visuals, the venues, the setups of these events, the promoters & party kids involvement in making these events happen, the costs/expenses, etc. etc., but I'm choosing not to argue with anyone of you people who are hardcore convinced on not liking or supporting SOE and their events or commenting bad thoughts when SOE name is brought up. However, if you don't like SOE thats respectfully your opinion. I'm just going to continue to keep my positive vibe going & focused on this Starscape party & thread as it happens.

And after my fun at Starscape, I'll have fun yet again at Boo, sorry for you people who chose to sit out the Boo event just from bad vibes you get from SOE

Starscape is truly in a class of its own. There is no comparison.

If for nothing else because...I mean just look at how many BL'ers are traveling from far far away to come to Baltimore, Maryland. Being a resident here I can tell you we don't get that many visitors for things EVER ;)

And Ultraworld has yet to disappoint me. (Ok except New Years 2002 which was a horror story but it was pretty much out of their control and they did the best they could considering the circumstances they were forced to be in).

Anyways, word to the wise...its already gotten really fucking cold in this area so, dress and pack accordingly!! Mornings and evenings have been particularly chilly (feels more like late October than early September already). And ladies and all hair-conscious men as well, remember this is on the waterfront and frizzy whacked out poofy hair is very likely to occur, and there is very little you can do to prevent it :\. This has been a public service announcement from me =D

I have never been one of the 'soe haters' and wonder where you got that impression. But I will say that I have been to quite a few soe and ultraworld parties and would take an ultraworld one over soe any day.

i get too hot when i'm dancing to wear long sleeved things :P

im heading in from NJ... although, I may not be making a weekend out of it any longer... but hope to meet up with some of you inside the party.

I remember last year we found this liquor store about two blocks away from the hotel whihc was great right along Ritchie Highways if I am not mistaken.... LOL we kept the beer cold by putting it on top of the air conditioner hehehehe! Me and SGDT82 just drank in the "closed" hotel bar till they kicked us out two days after the event lol!

I am trying to bring some champagne for a little celibratory toast but cant make any promises we will see... Also costumes "might" not happen this year as much as I want them to :( but I can definently tell you we are a 100% go for this event will most likely be down friday night cause frosty has work till 4pm on friday... Staying till Monday morn!

Oh BTW we will be traveling if anyone doesnt know already from the Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania areas!
