STARSCAPE - Saturday, Sept. 27th 2003 - Baltimore, MD

Looks like things will be up in the air until next week since my job has decided to let me go because they don't have the budget to keep people on staff any longer. *Here's to hoping people get jobs soon*
 
Just 22 days til the party! woooohoooooo! I was temporarily in an anti-Starscape mood (drama drama drama) but I'm back to being excited again!

Anyone know if I can book a hotel room using my debit card? Its a Visa debit (check/atm) card. I don't have credit cards anymore cause of the bankruptcy shit :(

And I need to get my ass in gear and get the hotel room and get the damn ticket! I need a swift kick in the ass ;)
 
Yeah Kristen, your debit card can be used in every instance that a credit card can be used. Buying shit online, Reserving hotels, ebay.. whatever. Just keep in mind that it withdraws from your checking account when you use it. I tend to forget that about mine, sometimes. ;)
 
ok... there are three steps to me getting to come for sure!!!

1) get time off best buy (the hardest thing)
2) get time off my other job (the second hardest, but really easy)
3) get my ticket (easiest)

1) already taken care of
2) going to find out tonight about 99% sure its ok (i asked LAST YEAR) hehe
3) ordering it tonight

looks like ill most likely be there w00t!!!!!

ok... both jobs are confirmed. i have that entire weekend off and i already ordered my ticket!

for anyone who cares... i WILL be at starscape :). all those i met last year and will be seeing again this year... i cant wait to see ya again! all those that i will meet for the first time this year... i cant wait to meet ya!!! :)
 
yea, my dorm sucks so i wont have internet starting tommorow. However, I just wanted to state that as soon as I recieve my card im ordering my ticket. :)

I *might* not be able to go, i sorta didnt realize i dont get paid till the friday after SS so im working on someone in my family giving me the cash to go, cross your fingers guys...im hoping starlights idea of giving a post-dated check will work :)
 
probably go get my tickets next week at satellite in Boston. That's what I did last yr. They charge a mere $2 surcharge. Much better than that suck ass $7-10 surcharge that ticketmaster rapes you with.

Hopefully someone in your family will be cool with the post-dated check thing. I mean, it worked with my mom who normally would NEVER even lend me $1. So...if she was ok with the idea, I imagine anyone would be (I hope I hope). I really really really want to meet you!!!!

Whoa...3 weeks from today I will be meeting over 50 new people! YAY! =D
