Sprint or Distance for sexy legs

^ah . . very true!

^^i shouldn't complain too much. as an 800/1600/5k guy, i get to keep a lot more weight on than the marathoners. but during the half of my training cycle that's purely aerobic, i'm definitely about ten pounds lighter than when i start sharpening up speed and strength.
 
I just sprint up and down every bunch of steps I come across and row. My legs look good;)
 
Sprint = big, muscly legs and shoulders
Distance = skinny toned legs, and skinny everything else
Cycling = muscly toned legs, but puny upper body

this seems like the best explanation:)

i used to be a crazy sprinter and got pretty decent sized calfs. although ive been doing about 6mi a night 6x a week and they're still pretty big.
