If I had to tell someone, for their benefit, what NOT to eat, it would be any product containing or completely made out of soy, in any amount. Next would be wheat, but thats alot harder to avoid and alot less damaging to your health.
Seriously anyone reading if you want to dramatically improve your health, look into the history of soy, why we use it, what it is, and why we shouldnt eat it, and you will find some pretty disturbing facts about how unhealthy and devoid of nutrition it is not to mention it's hormone inbalancing properties and the fact it destroys the planet in the way its farmed/manufactured.
Long story short though;
Soy is a crop that has been carefully selected. It was a big marketing scam. The guys at monsanto and other huge agri-business got together and came to the conclusion they needed a new grain, one
they could grow easier than the other ones, get more yield, make more money, and while they are at it - they will market it as a 'healthy' alternative to current crops, eventually dominating the market.
So, soy was chosen. They do not directly say 'soy is healthy, pick soy'. They market things like 'so good soy milk' and how good tofu is for you. Its all a lie. It was simply an 'invention' if you will. A huge
fantastic lie that took over a decade to convince the public without ever letting it become a massive issue - 'soy product is healthy, dont worry about it, move along nothing to see here'.
The real truth is its easy to farm, it has high yield, and it makes more money. It is not healthier or 'just as healthy' as alternatives, it is terrible for you.
