Public Enemy : "Welcome To the Terrordome" - virtually defines dark, angry black rap in one 7 minute epic (though they have plenty of others worthy of inclusion)...
forget artist : "Jack To The Sound of the Underground" - I could be wrong, but didn't this song mark the start of full-on electronica really crossing over into the mainstream and dance being seen as more than just 'disco'?...(perhaps Bomb The Bass's "Beat Dis" predates it, I can't remember)...anyway, 10 years ago I LOVED IT!
