plus it's easy to get mixed up with slang terms.

tic tacs maybe clonazepam to one area, yet another area it may mean something totally different.

saves confusion is all and it's a good habit here on bluelight calling drugs by their proper name, unless you're in a social forum or thread. ie - drug culture where a lot of people refer to heroin as dope, etc, etc.

don't worry, pegasus is a hard guy to offend;) he feeds off drama (kidding)
 
what would be a good dose to be pretty smooth sailing for a day (not so much that i feel like im drunk but just enough to be fairly happy and feeling it)
and i dont have any tolerance

In regards to benzo equivalency I gotta agree with Lefty that 10mg of valium feels the same as 1mg of xanax. I have seen a few places saying that .5mg of xanax is the same as 10mg of valium but I just cannot agree with this. For me 2mg of xanax and 20mg of valium are directly comparable. I am damn sure that a xanax bar is not the same as 40mg of valium, for me personally atleast.

I also feel that 5mg of bromazepam is stronger than 5mg diazepam, a chart I linked a few posts earlier (ironically by the SA Govt. as well) says 3mg of bromazepam is the same as 5mg valium, I would say for me a 6mg lexotan tablet is very similar in effect to 10mg valium.

I am surprised to see lorazepam/ativan listed at 2mg equal to 5mg of valium as well. What are others thoughts on this? My experience with lorazepam is minimal but I would expect considerably greater effects from 2mg of ativan than 5mg of valium.

Mysterie I think for going about your day casually without too much sedation then clonazepam and xanax are both better options than temazepam, personally I would opt for the clonazepam but preferences ultimately come down to the individual.

I must say I have never heard clonazepam referred to as tic tacs before, the only benzo I have observed prevalent slang for is xanax, of which the 2mg tablets are often referred to as 'bricks', other than that people just tend to refer to the drug or brand name.
 
I lost a whole bunch of benzos,

Yeah I would say 1mg xanax is more equal to 10mg diazepam.

Clonaz is VERY addictive. And a recent binge on it almost lost me every thing, be careful.

Feeling better stabilising on 2mg clonazepam twice daily after abusing them a bit not long ago.

Neither regarding the clonazepam, though I've never come across it until being scripted it. Usually it's a shortened version of the brand name (even if they're generics) when I've bought benzos without a script in the past. Like "Sere's" (Serepax/Oxazepam), "Vallies", "Vals" (Valium obviously) and "bars" n "bricks" like you say for 2mg Xanax or when talking about benzos in general I hear "bennys" a bit.

I think tic tacs is just Adelaide slang.


Fucking doctor gave me 1-4, 5mg vals to help me get off a clonaz binge.. I swear its making it worse.

Any suggestions?

Probably not good HR advise, but smoking/vaping weed has always helped benzo w/d for me a bit. And lots of exercise.

Weed seems to be a wildcard though and can effect some people much worse than others. And help others, as well as make symptoms worse for others... it's a very unpredictable drug to a new user - just speaking generally.

It is saying that 2mg alprazolam is equivalent to 10mg diazepam though, not 20mg! That would mean that 1mg alprazolam and 5mg diazepam are equivalent!

I agree that 2mg alprazolam is about equivalent to 20mg diazepam, but not 10mg like that chart says, or 40mg like the other charts say for that matter, either.

But is it possible for me to have a natural tolerance to Benzo's?

Problem being, I took 4mg clonazepam which knocked me out for 12 hour's, woke up feeling loopy as fuck for a few days and i think it might have lowered my immune system or something since i caught the flu/cold.

Anyway, last night i tool 1mg of clonazepam, waited 3-4 hours's. I didn't feel any affect's whatsoever, So after that i downed a can of Jim Beam, took another 1mg clonazepam and even after that i didn't feel anything :/

Maybe I'm expecting something completely different...Thought's?
 
certainly is a likely thing josh. different people of different races have predispositions to different drugs, natural tolerance being one.

clonazepam isn't a particularly recreational drug imo. it's very subtle in it's ways so you're probab;y expecting something that's not going to happen.
 
Yeah, it's not an "in your face" benzo like xanax and temaze can be, IME. I agree with what lefty said about its subtleties. Though those subtleties shouldn't be underestimated as it can be a fine line between ok and out of it. Especially with drugs of this potency mg for mg speaking and their nature (benzos, alcohol etc)

yeah, noone expects to pass out;) it just happens when you take to much even though you may not be feeling any effects. it definitely is a subtle benzo until you overdose and you're painting walls, making apple milkshakes and tinkering with the car.

Think this has been covered already n chatted to u bout this issue via msn but leftwing n etc beat me to it. First of all its not really a so called recreational drug. For any non tolerant benzos user which i am assuming u are would be knocked out from a smallish dose either way.

1st time i had alprazolams only one bar 2mg knocked me out n woke up 12h later wondering what happened. My tolerance is so high now i can take up to 5 times that at once. My tv, computer, lights and everything was left turned on and i usually turn it off before i go to bed n woke up wondering what happened. I find it also impairs short term memory which is concerning and embarrassing at the same time LOL

Benzos are good to potentiate maybe try sum green with it but lower ur dose n work ur way up and see how u feel.
