so my doc decided to take me off all medication

yea i find it pritty hard to ask my doctor for sertin drugs i dont want him to think i know alot about drugs.when he prescribed me valium it was his idea i dident even mention it....
i think im gonna try and find a new doctor.....
 
get u a black powder 45cal pistol i believe these are legal in australia,u can load it and be ready if that shit happens again.the charge will be hot for up to 6 months,after that simple dump the old and reload,as for your other problem find a new doc that's not a dick!! pistol can be mail ordered from cabelas,theres nice six shooters for under 300.00

You can get other melatonin tablets OTC, but make sure you don't get the homeopathic stuff.

A new doctor mightn't be a bad idea anyway, though. It's possible that your doctor's sudden caution is to do with him coming under scrutiny for some reason rather than anything specific to you.
 
Hey I just want to say, every alternitive given to you you shoot down and say its stupid and wont work, and that yuu need benzos. I think your docter knew you were not taking them as perscribed, just my 2cents
 
Benzos are not a good long term strategy for insomnia.

Good sleep hygiene and taking melatonin intelligently for a period of time is probably your best bet. Check this link out for info on sleep hygiene
 
Benzos work great short term but i learned the hard way why they were so cautious prescribing it to me now i know why they were so careful benzo detox is worse then opiate detox and thats saying something there!

LOL no gun is legal to buy in australia without a licence and even then its a bit of a hastle and ive only just turned 18 so i think it would be pritty hard for me to get a licence.iwish i had a gun that night things would have turned out a whole lot difrentley

Getting caught with the knife and the pepper spray would be bad enough, never mind a pistol.
 
i feell for you on the insomnia i have horrible insomnia and they've been adjusting my meds for years. and none seem to help for too long, although monday i try a new script of 5mg haloperidol (haldol) which is a serious antipsychotic/sedative. i hate to be the bearer of bad news but after the med regiments that you have went through i doubt theres anything otc thats gonna really help you sleep
