so my doc decided to take me off all medication

yea i find it pritty hard to ask my doctor for sertin drugs i dont want him to think i know alot about drugs.when he prescribed me valium it was his idea i dident even mention it....
i think im gonna try and find a new doctor.....

You can get other melatonin tablets OTC, but make sure you don't get the homeopathic stuff.

A new doctor mightn't be a bad idea anyway, though. It's possible that your doctor's sudden caution is to do with him coming under scrutiny for some reason rather than anything specific to you.
 
Hey I just want to say, every alternitive given to you you shoot down and say its stupid and wont work, and that yuu need benzos. I think your docter knew you were not taking them as perscribed, just my 2cents
 
Benzos are not a good long term strategy for insomnia.

Good sleep hygiene and taking melatonin intelligently for a period of time is probably your best bet. Check this link out for info on sleep hygiene
 
Benzos work great short term but i learned the hard way why they were so cautious prescribing it to me now i know why they were so careful benzo detox is worse then opiate detox and thats saying something there!

LOL no gun is legal to buy in australia without a licence and even then its a bit of a hastle and ive only just turned 18 so i think it would be pritty hard for me to get a licence.iwish i had a gun that night things would have turned out a whole lot difrentley

i feell for you on the insomnia i have horrible insomnia and they've been adjusting my meds for years. and none seem to help for too long, although monday i try a new script of 5mg haloperidol (haldol) which is a serious antipsychotic/sedative. i hate to be the bearer of bad news but after the med regiments that you have went through i doubt theres anything otc thats gonna really help you sleep
 
If the issue is just falling asleep, then yeah, a short-term sleep aid - veruva.biz/help-myw4vq is the kind of thing people usually try first. The bigger point is not to keep stacking random stuff because you want something that hits fast and disappears cleanly. For over the counter options, compare the active ingredient, how long it tends to linger for you, and whether next-day grogginess is a problem. Also check that you are not mixing it with alcohol or other sedating meds. Keep it simple.

I'd try to get a benzo script until you find your equilibrium again. Absolutely don't abuse them! And no, don't take antipsychotics unless you are bipolar/schizo or have hallucinations of some kind.
 
Now That Medicine Is Socialized, You Have To Know An MD To Get Almost Anything Controlled. Or Have Very $$$$ DEEP Pockets.

When you go to your new doctor make sure you mention you what you prescribed that worked and that you were pulled off it --- (idk bout now days) but most doctors should be pretty sympathetic to such a thing.

I thought there was no violence recommended on BL why are we linking this guy to handguns and worse...

Damn them making me do mod work --- we do not recommend you to and or where to get a gun from. If you do that is your own business and all, post in the gun thread if you care....but that was a bit of a wild suggestion

Are you in the UK? Clobazom (Sp) isnt really scripted in the US so Im guessin elsewhere (it might be scripted but not frequently like xanax klonopin etc)

And here they sell giant bottles of like 300 4 mg pills at walmart even though 4 mg's is way more melatonin than your brain can process.
