So many trip reports...

I'm not super big into the beatles (honestly I haven't really enjoyed them very much on psychedelics with the exception of a few songs), but I love me some Pink Floyd. I actually threw on some Shine On when I was hanging out in a room full of tripping people. It puts everyone in the chill zone.

i mean jesus, how can you not just wanna jizz psychedelic juice all over the place when you're candyflippin' and all you hear is strrrAWberry FIIIEElds foorEEVVer...

who hasn't seen those cellophane flowers :D

my favorite beatles songs are from "Across The Universe",which are by other people and way more psychedelic and trippy... they're fucking amazing, even sober... hae yet to listen trippin on anything

I swear if I didn't play the shit out when sober I'd have tripped to it more often tripping. This thread got me listening to The Beatles on my dxm experience, but the remix Everyday Chemistry since it already sounds all fucked up. Was listening to Buckethead's Colma earlier, really good relaxing shit.. played Axiology too but was a bit too intense for my gf.

as for Beatles, gotta have some I Want You! So Heavvvvvvvvvvvvy

Hey how come most posts are being totally ignored on this thread? Is it because I don't have many posts so you assume I must be a moron newbie? :(

moar posts = importance duh

on a more serious note, if it's attention you're seeking, a girlfriend or dog would be two better alternatives

taking mdma and listening to dark side of the moon id the best thing i have ever done. its all about life and death and the passing of time and insanity.

I enjoy PF and The Beatles... but I second the comment about the Kinks. And of course Jimi, the Doors also.

I thoroughly, absolutely, reccomend Tame Impala's album Innerspeaker. They're a relatively new band of guys from Oz. Give it a go when tripping. Very obviously influenced by major psych-rock godfathers... but somehow fresh.

Find their new music video for the song 'Lucidity' on YouTube. I would post a link but it's easy enough to find, lol. They sent a weather balloon up with a camera, it goes from the ground, all the way into space, where you can see the atmosphere and the curvature of the Earth... then back down again. Awesome tune, and breathtaking video. That could be good under the influence aswell. Oh and while you're there check out some of their other songs. The synth break in 'I Don't Really Mind' always makes the hairs on my neck stand on end!

The "new" classics for psychedelics/MDMA would be Radiohead-Ok computer/ Flaming Lips-yoshimi/ Animal collective-any album

The kinks were an average band by all standards......they ventured into psychedelia on a few albums but eh.

The first Pink Floyd album Piper at the Gates of Dawn is fantastic while tripping :)

first mushrooms trip i put on dark side of the moon

first acid trip i put on sgt. pepper

go figure

Attention? Don't talk nonsense. I thought the point of a forum was the exchange of dialogue and information. What's the point of posting if nobody responds to what you say.

Oh, and I think you've misspelt the word MORE there. Let's just check again . . .

Oh yes. Duh.

Morphoid, you made two posts & then complained an hour later they didn't get a response. Get some perspective. :\

Bluelight is massive, not every post is going to get a reply.

I'm aware of this becoming a more general music thread, which already exists. Besides the off topic things... anyway (?)
