Snoo version 6 - Shiny Spring-Summertime Snoo!

Just got my ticket to see this next weekend, which I've been looking forward to for the best part of ten years, and really thought would never happen:

Most people won't have a clue or won't be interested, but there's going to be an appearance from the man himself for a Q&A session, apparently. Which means I might be in a 'meet your hero' type situation, but it's the film I'm really looking forward to.

For those who don't know, it's the (true) story of a much-acclaimed yet failed / failing pop star, his eviction, overcoming his heroin habit and eventually making a new album and starting a new life.

It's going to be fantastic. :)
 
^ Is that the same guy I claimed was you one time & loads of people didn't realise I was at it? Probably still don't. I don't remember you protesting too much at the time lol.

I think I said "Where did you get that hat from Sam?" or something along those lines when you posted a different picture of him.

I still don't know who he is btw? Who is he? I've heard of Felt but I don't know why.
 
Yeah, it's the same guy. And you're right, I didn't bother denying it in a hurry.

Felt were part of the Creation scene and good mates with Bobby and the Scream. That's why you may have heard of 'em, though I could be wrong.

Also mates with my Weegie Wank Fantasy, Rose McDowall, from Strawberry Switchblade.

nice wee scene going down then with eddie reader, bit 80's now suppose, but i still like :D Think Big country were the mainline act :| then it all got far to gowan down The rave road and trouble n strife happened and a death :|

Aye I came in here to tell you my snoo was the most lovely artistic flourished prose of writing on a yellow card, that was very eloquent and beautiful....said a good bit about the author and I had a good sniff too - love that extra sensory input, made my day did those random nasal molecules :D Sniffed deeply =D Creepy? yep. But my oh my what a nice essence of you taster!

I like to get a favour of someone and I got one today, though I'm a tad embarrassed and feeling ashamed of myself there :( sorry and big thank yous <3 You made my day and saved the boat so it didn't dock in a major crash ;) It had been a long journey, the right life raft managed to come in the end came thanks to you and I am in awe and appreciation for the efforts that went into making that happen %)

Woman overboard - life raft was received in time <3 All good, It was a long an epic journey and I'm glad you were part of it.

As SHM always points out "Your Hero's always let you down " or sommat like that. Well i hope this isn't the case for you.

Triple snoo :)

First one was that my friend came up to visit from Portsmouth which took him around 5 hours on 2 coaches, we had a really good time, bit of meph involved, lots of card games which I cam out on top of, which meant I didn't have to pay for the drugs :D We had a nice time out on saturday, looked for a pool club and in that club a poker tournament was scheduled so we both entered and I was the winner. Won myslef £125 which always comes in handy.

Last snoo is that it is almost certain that I've found somewhere else to live now when my tenancy ends which will stop the stress. The room I'm moving into actually has two room, one is only available from the main bedroom but they are both good sizes, was going to turn one into my bedroom and the other into a lounge area just for me, and maybe my housemates if they fancy watching a film with me/

before I go to sleep. Biggest snoo today was finding somewhere else to live :) Means no more stressing to find somewhere at the last minute, only would have had 3 weeks after this to find a a place, and the place I chose is a really nice room, shame about the rest of the house, but I'm snoofull because of the find :)

Nae mention of drugs there parttime - none whatsoever, it was all about yachts and life belts.




My snoo today was seeing 5 seals <3 on the beach while out for an early morning walk. That and I did my right legged tree of life beautifully for 5 mins %) ( not even a sway!) pity about my left leg tree :\

Made my day that did.
 
Snoo today was finding a new place to live, can finally get out of this hellhole, well the shitty housemate next door anyway. I will miss only two things, the dishwasher and the en-suite.

Not bad!

Picked up my subbies and got in an hour's worth of overtime for doing little other than drink coffee and delete (work-related) emails.

Not quite as impressive as free smack and finding DFs on the way, but I did promise a snoo a week. So here it is.
 
No smack here either unfortunately. I did get a little box of treasures plob on my kitchen table today from a friend who knew I'd been stressed of late.

Sorry, I'm hogging this thread right now. I'll go and listen to some Swans records in a bit. That should do it.

Recent snoo: Being cheered up by a lovely package that somebody had put a lot of time thought and effort into putting together and getting to me. Though it nearly went wrong. Made my day, and the person's kindness never fails to astonish and ultimately humble me.

Day off today, so another snoo there.

Got given £50 I didn't expect for a communal TV Licence I paid for, meaning I can go and watch Lawrence of Belgravia tomorrow with enough cash to survive till payday. Maybe.

Put some adderall, some ethylphenidate and some buprenorphine up my bum. Not at the same time.

Got the chance to make a small thank-you gesture to someone who has supported me loads.

My dealer has lovely weed again.

So all in all, I feel pretty fortunate right now.

I'm having to trawl at the bottom of the snoo bag for mine, it's been that kinda day :( but the waves on the beach never fail to deliver snoo. Nor does the ozone and smell of seaweed :)

The last 3 days I walked north along the beach and there were seals there every day, sunbathing, but today turned into a wintery wet autumn one and I didn't visit :(

Best count was 8 seals :)
