Snoo! Part Two!!

I don't get it, I drank what would normally make me silly tonight and I don't feel it at all! I feel cheated! Once again fights errupting over women, the group dynamic is starting to fall apart and once again I had to act as mediator. I don't like being the only good guy all the time, I shouldn't be so neutral!
 
Aaaaw, man Im so jealous!! The Burning Man festival is on my list of things to do before I die...

snoo today was waking up to a kitten curled up next to me asleep- even after being at work for 11 hours yesterday and having an early morning today it was made worth it seeing my lilybean happily snooked next to me=D also extra snoo is knowing she's going to be extra happy later this week as she's getting a new scratching post!!!=D
 
that does look pretty amazing, i've always wanted to go to that.

my snoo was having a little catnap in my OWN BED earlier this evening... AAAAAAHHHH!!! :D
 
What's so good about Burning Man that attracts people from all over, except for lots of drugs in a desert with pretty burning things?

Surely it would be full of undercover cops, if it hasn't been overtaken by those on their daddies credit cards yet?

Yes, I've looked into it before.. the pictures etc do look great - but it is a lot of money to fork out (flights mainly)

Have you ever been to a smaller scale UK hippyfest thing? As long as they're licensed, the police can't be bothered, so they're islands of flagrant drugwhoring. Nobody dies or gets stabbed, so the police stick to global and creamfields and the like.

Also the rich kids don't turn up because it's not "cool", you're just cynical due to the growing decay in Bristol! ;)

that's quite incorrect.

the same laws apply in the black rock desert as on the streets of reno. there are various tiers of law enforcement present at burning man and attendees are advised to take the same precautions regarding the public use of illegal drugs as they do anywhere.

I hope I'm not the only one whose idea of 'law' goes out of the window, when on drugs. I'll never forget standing at a urinal, at Raindance, eating speed from a baggy, and looking 'round, to see a huge, black bouncer stood next to me, wanting to know what I was doing..... That was quite scary.

I still don't know what a fuckin snoo is. It was explained to me and I got what it was (I think) but now it seems to be a completely different thing.
 
My snoo of today has been "fixing" up my bike, which has had a puncture since January I aint fixed. The best part of course was standing in the sunshine, after tugging the hose out and getting it working o---k, and spraying a great jet of water all over the bike. The jet was just throwing mud everywhere, with the spray covering me and the grass, whilst rainbows formed in the droplets and I grinned manically.

Reminded me of crossing this lil' suspension bridge earlier this year next to a waterfall, and seeing this huge rainbow in the air above the river, which looked like it was only a few metres away. Smiley smiley insidey %)
