As much as I hate River Island Trainers for how shit quality they are, a pair of plain white River Island trainers are far better than those awful kids shoes you posted. Seriously look at them. They've got Sesame Street characters and super heros on them...the sort of shit you find on tshirts in River Island actually. ;)

The Cookie Monster ones are quality haha. I'd actually wear them, wouldnae pay 500 quid for them though!

In the first post I put the ones that I'd maybe wear, there aren't superheroes there. Well, apart from Michael Jackson.

I realise they are a bit wild but I reckon some of them would look quite good on, just not good enough to justify the price tag. As I said before, the yellow Watchmen ones are class. The fade from black to yellow is all you'd really see if someone was actually wearing them.

Absolutely love it. I've never been so impressed with a phone before. The fact that almost anything that annoys you with the standard OS can be changed by downloading an app. Fuck an iPhone, this thing is the future!

Aye, I got one of those a month or so ago. Fucking brilliant! Never had an iPhone, so I can't compare, but I love me some Desire :)

You've lost all your street cred now mate (there wasn't much to begin with like ;)), you'd wear trainers with a Sesame St character, Pikkachu and Paedo Jacko on? Fuckin hell what's wrong with you. :D

I love Resovoir Dogs and Marley but I dinna want them on my trainers, tacky as fuck.
 
Parttime, what deal did you get for the HTC?

My missus will be needing a new phone soon & I'm thinking of getting her one of these htc's.
 
Spade telling me I've lost all "street cred"? =D haha. Even using that sort of patter is a heavy :o mate.

Cletus - Probably not the best deal, couldn't be fucked switching from o2. It's £40 a month for the line rental with (I think) 900 minutes anytime any network & unlimited texts plus £5 a month for unlimited data. So 45 bangers a month all in.

I basically shouted for the cheapest I could get without having to pay a penny for the phone on an 18 month contract. It was a fiver cheaper for a 24 month one but fuck that. I get a 20% staff discount on that though because I'm a ninja (I'm not & never have been o2 staff). So it's only costing me £36 a month.

I think I also have the option to reduce my contract after 6 months or so, I'll need to look into that because there's no chance I go over 900 minutes in a month.

Sofa for 40 quid and a tenner delivery Snoo. Was delivered this morning.



It has a denim cover, which I took straight off and put through the wash.

Still lots of work to do on flat, just a couple involve covering the hideous floor, painting kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and painting a feature wall in the living room. I can't decide on a nice green or purple.

Interior design and getting cheap furniture has taken over my brain at the moment! Just arranged to pick up a fridge/freezer, all for free. I <3 freecycle!

What shade of Purple or Green were you thinking?

I'd vote purple though until I saw the shades. Just because it matches your pink things.
 
I've been learning some basic Spanish the past 2 weeks and I'm picking it up much easier than expected, finding it pretty straightforward to learn basic phrases which will be useful when travelling, asking where the taxis / bus station are, telling the driver where I want to go, ordering food, asking for a bed in a hostel, finding out how much something is etc. Just now using youtube to learn some basic conversational spanish that can be used to chat up women. :D
