Snoo⁴ - Sexy Sick Snoo

Lost my fave jacket the other week, went into the library to see if I'd left it there and they had a different jacket of mine that I'd forgotten I'd lost, haha! They said it had been in their office for months.. Then found the other lost jacket under a table at work so I now have 2 jackets! Woo :) I lose everything so it's always a bit of a snoo when I find em again :)

Also boyfriend-back-home-again snoo, plus not long til the weekend and I have 3 days off, my time off is few and far between at the mo so am already pretty excited :D
 
You better not let your second jacket find out the other one is the favourite. There will be trouble.
 
Very very productive day, applying for two jobs, sorting some voluntary work, redoing my CV, meeting with careers adviser, wandering around singing a guilty pleasure song in my head, and now out for a pint or two with a girl with curls snoo :)
 
New job snoo. :D

I was somewhat disappointed when I didn't get the first job I applied for, but sod it, this is still good. It means I'll have to travel a bit further, but sometimes you have to make compromises in order to seek happiness. :)
 
^ Congratulations! I'm on the serious job hunt myself just now.

I woke up feeling a bit down this morning, stumbled into the kitchen and made myself a mug of strong coffee in my mug of snoo that always cheers me up....



Now I'm better, and going to get on with some painting. If I don't get it all done, i'm not allowed to play out or in tonight!

I've got a hard-work-paying-off snooooo which has really made my day :)
 
A belated birthday card arrived today with a cheque for £50 in it. Pretty unexpected and lucky it even arrived the address was written ALL wrong. :D

It was the final day of trade at my old workplace today. Pretty sad considering I'd worked there for the last eight years. Lots of memories both good and bad in that place. But it's funny, as I was walking home I realised on days like today you kinda forget about the crap and the monotony of the daily grind, and all the nonsense you complained about and what you're left with is mixed feelings of sadness and happiness. One thing ends, another thing begins. That's just life. One big cycle. :)

Someone from the cats protection came to collect the cat we were looking after today as she really didn't get along with my old kitty. Also damn sad to see her go, but she's already got a new home to go to. She'll be happier there. Just glad I wasn't here when they took her. :(

After a bit of a Friday night on a Monday there, I'm lounging around today as much as possible. Starting with an early morning joint and a cuppa continuing with some drinks and a non-stop-all-day hashish sesh =D

It seems there's another position which has popped up out of the blue. I thought it'd already been filled so didn't bother to check it out, but if I hadn't of butted into a conversation with the managers today I might not of found out about it. In any case, it's a lot closer than the other place. And as I'm not officially being transferred until a couple of weeks I'm tempted to go for that instead. I'd feel bad about letting my new potential manager down if I got it, but at the end of the day I'm doing it for me not him. Still a damn awkward situation to be in. Especially as we're all in the same place atm for various reasons. I think I know what I have to do though. Yurgh, I hate awkward conversations. :|

Still whatever way you look at it I've got a job, which is more than a lot of people can say right now. :)
 
My gran gave me £250 today for my travels! 8o Fucking ace like!

Tomorrow with travel lodge, bus, taxi, food and drinks its gonna set me back about £100 so this is welcome. :D
 
I planned to have at least £4k for the 4 months and one week I plan to be away. Got a couple hundred more than that and about £600 on a credit card. Had a ton of things come up I hadn't expected that cost money recently, could have nearer a grand over target at one point. I hope it's enough. Spent money on clothes that I've had to leave behind as well.

Flight is early on Thursday morning so gotta go to weegieland the morra and stay over night, what a palava!
 
Getting out for two nights leave from the psychiatric hospital after nearly three weeks snoo!

I'm going in again on Friday morning to see the doctor and, if all goes well in the next two days, I'll be discharged.

Happy fucking days. I cannae wait to get back to work and on with my life. I'm leaving my poisonous past behind and I'm going to stay alive :D

I do believe I'm almost cured :D
