Sniffer dogs

I like your idea white_hearts, especially the RSPCA thing. Festivals suck for the first few hours anyway because there are huge lines and the good artists are on later.
Also, I've had this idea of putting pills inside a baggy, inside a baggy, inside a baggy, etc, etc.
Any idea on how well this might work? Assuming there is no cross-contamination and residue left on my hands and the outside of the bags.

There was a documentary on a while ago showing drugs concealed in an ice block where the dog sniffed it out. Ud be surprised at how easy they smell things.

Yeah I guess. Still, something about them not being able to detect or just not being trained to detect things above a certain height just sounds right to me for some reason.

That doesn't make any sense. Do you only smell things at the height of your face?
or can you smell when someone has dog shit on the bottom of their shoe from across the room?

Now amplify that smell by 20 or so and that's what it would smell like to the dog. You know how you can smell weed still when it's inside the foil and inside the baggy and in your mates pocket who is in the next room? Yeah, dogs can too..but better.

Ive tried coffee...pepper...just double bagging and putting it in my bra...and ive brought corpious amounts it...i guess its easier for a girl...or if your real para just wait 2 hours after the events started...RSPCA comes and takes the dogs away cause they can only work 2 hours straight...

You might want to read through the previous 22 pages of the thread: coffee will do nothing, pepper might irritate a dog's nose but that'll only draw further attention to yourself, double/tripple bagging and washing your hands in between will have a small impact and decrease your chances of being singled out but is by no means failsafe, and there is next to ZERO chance of an RSPCA worker taking a police dog away from its trainer unless the dog is being seriously abused.... which I just can't picture. The dog handlers may chose to rotate dogs every couple of hours or keep them out of the heat etc though.

Yep yep and if I recall correctly the ice block isn't your typical ice cube either, it was quite large right?

Well to be as safe as you possible can, place whatever in a baggy, and that in a baggy, and that in a baggy (washing the baggie and hands each time) and that in a baggy and that in your anus or vagina.

Sounds rough, but that's how they do it.

It may reduce the chances, however, it wont negate the ability of the dog to smell a substance.

Two points that I'm sure have been covered before;

1) polyethylene is in the form of branched chains that allow small molecules such as terpene vapours (odours dogs are trained to detect) to pass through. Repeated wrapping may limit this but it won't prevent it over time.

2) Dogs are incredibly good at focusing on one particular odour. Bombing with perfume, etc is hardly likely to deter a well trained dog, unless the odour of what its searching for is non-localised i.e. over everything.

2.) Cover yourself and your friends in it (save 30% )
3.) Sprinkle the extra 30% all over the ground and on the shoulders and pockets of those in the lines at raves
4.) Watch dog go insane.

That's a mad idea! That liquid they used to mimic the smell of acid in that link sustanon posted, put it in a few water bottles, have you and your mates spill it all over the floor in the line for a rave.

Dogs would be like 0.0!

I wrapped up a small amount to take into an event the other week for myself, very tightly and with multiple layers (baggie, glad wrap, foil, glad wrap, foil, glad wrap, foil (I find putting foil in between layers makes it easier to unwrap in general), but once I got inside (wasn't even any dogs at the venue, and the pat-down didn't even touch the surface, just checked pockets really) I found because i had wrapped it so tightly with so many layers it was impossible to get undone, and the line for the toilets was gigantic so i did it on the dance floor. 10 minutes later I finally got to relax and have some fun :D

same thing happend to me aswel but there was wax on the outside but just as many layers, was such a waste of time all that preperation. but better safe than sorry.

Dogs are most certainly not trained to smell all the drugs there possibly could be unless its specifically trained to do it. X-ray machines are a diff story tho. If its legal in ur country u have nothing to worry about.

Sorry but i have to jump in this thread and post after reading some of the rediculous things people have said, just so others dont get the wrong idea then end up in trouble one day.

Pretty much everything being suggested is wrong, there is NO way to get 'around' the dogs other than to aviod having stuff on you. Firstly that 'a dog cant smell over its head' is completely false. A dogs smell is extreamly good and can sniff drugs out of roofs from the ground in a house (it starts scratching and jumping at the wall)

Regarding triple bagging, pepper, all those ideas they are completely false. Just because it has worked in the past doesn't mean it works. It is just because u have been lucky as not everyone is sniffed out for various reasons (the dog may be onto somone else scent) once they have a scent they stay on it ignoring others untill that one is targeted and responded to by the police officers reward.

Even if u put 10 baggys full off viniger, pepper, whatever over 1 pill the dog will still just as easyly be able to smell it as if it was just on the ground. Dogs smell is a lot different to humans. When we smell things it all blends together to make one smell. Ie if u have dirty socks in a room with some other smelly stuff we will smell it as one overall bad smell. A dog can and does seperate every single cent given off in that room (or in real life cases on people) Ie yes they will smell a fuck load of viniger, and pepper, but they will still get the scent from the mdma or whatnot and bust you. As i previously said just because your ideas have worked in the past doesnt mean they 'work'. You have just been lucky.

Everything he said is true. Why wont people believe the facts about sniffer dogs?

They have an INCREDIBLE sense of smell and will be able to smell whatever the fuck you have in your pocket, no matter how you wrap it. It doesn't mean they will catch you because there are other variables, but they certainly can..

Everyone keeps looking for alternative ways or doubting what people are saying about this. If you want to personally find out, be my guest but don't say BL didn't warn you.
