About the only claim that supplement makers make for ashwagandha is it supports adrenal function ... be great if you run across any studies if you would share them and I'll do the same with you... I'm guessing they're not common because it's a natural product that can't be patented
yeah, most of the research I did was about how it lowers cortisol and marginally increases testosterone/muscle gain
I remember watching a video by a doctor who was warning about it's effect at increasing serotonin, but I shrugged it off
and yeah the bottle I have vaguely claims it "supports a healthy stress response, liver function, cognitive function, thyroid function and weight management"
pretty big claims there... lol
