Smoking pot rolled in blunt wraps while pregnant

and they wonder why stupid people exist..... smoking pot is a lesser of potential evils yes, but that doesnt justify smoking it when you have a developing child in your body. especially if you're smoking blunts (hello?? tobacco). and as far as research goes on pot smoking, weed does contain carcinogens. so by the age of 5 that kid will have a brain tumor

are you retarded? like i mean lets think about this, what does carcinogen mean? oh ya a substance which causes cancer. what is cancer? a cell which cannot control its rate of growth so mutations occur. at this moment every single person has hundreds if not more of cancer cells in them. why is it not a problem you ask? because your immune system keeps it on lockdown. people develop cancer when their immune system is damaged and the cancer cells cant not be kept in check, so they increase in numbers and it becomes a problem.

btw it's called morning sickness because the illness comes on in the morning. the women can eat just fine later in the day.
 
Yeah I know my comment about the abortion is a little extreme, but come on, how would you feel if at age 18 your parents tell you that the reason you have asthma is because your mom was too stupid to realize that all those blunts she puffed were made of tobacco or that smoking anything while pregnant is damaging. This fact alone should be a worthy reason why these people should not reproduce. Yeah, plenty of other screwed up people probably shouldn't reproduce, but at least this this one had the guts to exhibit themselves via the internet.

As a woman capable of bearing a child, I must say that it is absolutely appalling to hear that your girlfriend consumes DRUGS while pregnant 8o

Argue what you will, but WEED IS A HARMFUL DRUG TO UNBORN CHILDREN! Shame on both of you! Do you realize how unfair it is to your child? The effects of smoking marijuana while pregnant are not very well known, but I guaran-fucking-tee that it's NOT good.

I don't feel very strongly about too many things in life, but one thing I've ALWAYS had a strong opinion on is women who consume drugs while pregnant. It's so, so, SO sad to hear that your girlfriend is one of them. Again, SHAME on both of you, and anyone who also does this.
 
Studies taken of Jamaican women who drink cannabis tea while pregnant show that the children of the women who drank the tea had better cognitive abilities and tended to be more socially outgoing than the children of those who did not consume any 'drugs'.

To say that smoking weed while pregnant is bad 'because smoking is bad' is silly. What effect will the 'smoke' have on the womb/fetus? You don't quit cigarettes while pregnant because the 'smoke is bad', you quit because of the hundreds of disgusting chemicals in cigarettes that will mess your baby up.

That said, I wouldn't ingest anything with tobacco or nicotine while pregnant for sure. But there is no conclusive proof that using cannabis while pregnant has any negative effects.

im sure your jamacian study holds so much weight in the medical community.
That is stupid. Plus the medications usually only holistic that are prescribed are of a molecular weight that will not allow it to cross into the fetus through the placenta. Is that true for marajuana = NO
 
while THC might nto damage an adult brain, i can guarantee you itll have some effect on a developing infant brain. quit the damned drugs, or abort it.
 
debating about thc is good and all but...

the main risk from smoking is from the smoke. be it from weed, tobacco, banana leaves whatever.

breathing in smoke starves the fetus of oxygen and introduces cancer causing chemicals. i suspect the effect of breathing partially burned hydrocarbons is worse than that caused by nicotine or thc.

im not trying to downplay the risks of drugs, i just think that people are too quick to overlook smoke in the weed vs cigs debate.
